he was all about two-weapon fight, but in this version I will be focusing in skills and some versatily
I'm set as halfling, we're already playing! Maybe Factotum 3 for Brains over brawn.. but I think it's not what I'm looking for...
1. Savage Species rituals, rebuilding mechanic,
2. How isn't Factotum what you're looking for?
3. Versatility: Chameleon PrC, switch to a pure caster, Changeling Rogue, the "Racial Emulation" feat, Leadership feat, Nanobots, Exemplar PrC, Able Learner feat,
4. Skills: "Wieldskill" spell,
5. Healing/recovery:

7. Stealth: (Continuous) Collar of Umbral Metamorphosis (ToM), Ghost template class, dip Warlock/DfA and grab the "Blend into Shadows" (DotU) feat, head into the Hellbreaker PrC (FCII), Whisper Gnome, Jermlaine, Beguiler (ShS, if you can get it past your DM), Hengeyokai (Sparrow form requires supernatural attack), Chameleon template,
8. Maiming Strike feat, Targetteer Specialist Fighter (Dragon Magazine) variant, Hit-and-Run Tactics variant Fighter, Dead Eye feat,
9. Blast: Eldritch Blast,
I recommend for your current character to be a Daring Outlaw (feat), because that's the only build I know with lots of Rogue levels. For a versatile future character, Factotum/Chameleon. Else, take Able Learner at first level then dip Factotum later, as a pure caster. A proper Kobold Sorcerer wouldn't even fall behind in their casting levels.
