You can now use Versatile Spellcaster (assuming those cantrips are spontaneously cast. If they aren't, you need another feat to let you cast something spontaneously) to create a third level slot, which you can cast Haste out of.

sorry, but that wording doesn't quite work, as the versatile spellcaster feat does not create a higher level slot, it specifically says that you can use two lower level slots to cast a spell that you know of one level higher than the two slots you gave up.
He does know it. He mentioned in the very beginning that you'd need a Drake Helm or Knowstone. Those both add it to your spells known.

Nah, he makes a solid point. The issue being the whole 'use all 3rd level slots'. I was using Versatile Spellcaster to get a third level slot, which he pointed out does not work. However, using Heighten hax and Extra Slot explicitly does, so that problem is solved.

Where is this psionic haste printed and how can I get it?

There is no such power printed.

Technically.... Untapped Potential I think (may be Hyperconciousness) has Physical Acceleration, which is haste, except personal.  Egoist 3 Psywar 2.

Hyperconscious has no physical acceleration power.
Hood - My first answer to all your build questions; past, present, and future.

Speaking of which:
Don't even need TO for this.  Any decent Hood build, especially one with Celerity, one-rounds [Azathoth, the most powerful greater deity from d20 Cthulu].
Does it bug anyone else that we've reached the point where characters who can obliterate a greater deity in one round are considered "decent?"

Maybe it was the other one, UT.  I know one of them has it, it's a real power.

(Found it, it was UT, pg. 150)

Okay, be a spell-to-power mantled erudite with the Magic Mantle (using these variants), and take haste as a spell/power known.

Hey, you get two 1st level bonus feats as an erudite, so it works...and you even get your manifester level to scale.

Otherwise, spell-to-power erudite with a 1-level dip into ardent or Mantled Psywar.

I dare anyone to find a hole in that logic.
