Aristocrats start with 6d8*10 starting wealth. Which is less than the 1d4*1000 they started with in 3.0
Wow. That's one heck of a decent starting wealth bonus. I'll have to consider giving the PCs a few more coins.

Considering that is the only thing going for that class I wouldn't.

No? So 250's a decent number to give out? I saw 240 for a fighter's max, but haven't seen anything better than that other than the aristocrat.

Q 38 A centaur with 18 STR and Powerful Charge (+1d8) uses a heavy lance (2x damage when charging) to charge an opponent 25 feet away, and succeeds on striking them. What's her max damage, and how was it figured out?

Assuming you wield your lance 2-handed, (2d6+6)*2 + 1d8. Which also works out to 4d6+1d8+12.

Is that 2d6 because it's a large sized heavy lance? Because I've got 1d8 on my sheet, which I'm assuming is for medium sized ones.

Does a lance count as a spear when not mounted for melee?

Yes and no.
Let me revise that. Does the lance polearm function the same way a spear when when fighting in standard melee, or would you be better to drop it and use a sword or mace, if you're not using it to charge? IE is a charging weapon only?

Q39 Is there any way for a Cleric to get Wild Shape as a class option, barring prestige classes such as Shapeshifter?

Q40 Is there any way a Druid can gain the Cleric or (god forbid) Sor/Wiz class list without sacrificing Wild Shape?

Q 41a Does anyone know how to turn the following no-save ability into a ranged no-save ability?

Paraphrased from the book.
Quote from: Kingdoms of Kalamar Player's Guide p83
Channel Positive Energy: (req: Turn/Rebuke Undead, Cleric)
Power varies, see Chapter 10: Magic for list of powers.

Quote from: Kingdoms of Kalamar Player's Guide p141
Channeled Abilities"
Unless otherwise noted, each ability has a duration of 10 minutes, and the abilities allow no saving throw. Channeled abilities are supernatural abilities. Each use of an ability counts against the cleric's daily uses of her turn/rebuke undead ability.

Quote from: Kingdoms of Kalamar Player's Guide p144
Oblivion:
You or a creature you touch enters into a restful sleep for 10 minutes, restoring hit points and temporary damage (but not spells or other abilities) as if having rested for a full night. While sleeping in this fashion, you are immune to the nightmare spell.

Q 41b Alternately, what about a radiating wave of sleep?

It is arguable that you could gain access to the cleric list using a Draconic Archetype (dragons of ebberon) you would need to be a dragonwrought kobold though.

A40: According to some readings, Shapechange can give you both.

A39: A druid/heirophant (cohort?) could loan him uses of it.

Q 41 Is there an adventuring kit somewhere that lists everything that's in the package (ie waterskin, rations, torches, etc) for the beginner party?

Q 42 A character using a morningstar (B & P) fights a creature that's got DR 10/Bludgeoning or Slashing. Does the attack still get through?

Q 43 Where can I find the age tables for centaurs, ogres, and changelings?

A 41 You can either make a list yourself, using your character's staring wealth, or just go with the standard starting packages from the PHB after each class's descriptions. There are other starting packages written for other base classes found in their respective books, and a few more available online.

A 42 Weapons with multiple concurrent damage types (ie: A and B, as opposed to A or B) deal damage as both types at once, effectively dealing whichever is most effective. Thus a morningstar would bypass DR/piercing, or DR/bludgeoning, or anything similar, including DR/bludgeoning or slashing.

A 43 Changelings would probably have an age table in the Eberron Campaign Setting or Races of Eberron. I think Centaurs have an age table in Races of the Wild. I'm AFB at the moment, so I can't say for certain.

I was hoping for something a lot better than that, like how they describe to you all that's inside a healing kit. Guess not then. That's kind of sucky.

Q45:What is the level of silent, still spells that a schismed cerebremancer's schism can cast? RAW, there doesn't seem to be a limitation.

Your schism doesn't get any spell slots, i think.

Correct.  The Shism uses your own reserves.  The answer would be 4 levels lower than the highest you can cast (until you cast as a 20th caster or higher)  If you have metamagic reducers, then it raises it depending on the reduction.
