skill checks.
2. +1 bonus on saving throws against spells & spell-like abilities.
3. +1 skill point per level, starting at this level.

only works for Attacks and Saves if you can make Skill Checks to do them .... Saves  = Marshal + Diamond Mind Manuvers for saves

Attacks = Marshal + Martial Manuvers that use a Skill Check

for actual ways to Increas an Attribute .... look for Different Bonus Types:

exa:

Enhancement = +2 Cloak of Charisma

Inherent = +2 Tome of Cha

Luck = ?

Sacred = ?

Profane = ?

Insight = ?

Unnamed = as has been posted above

Morale = Snowsong = Bard 6, +4 CHA (Morale), +4 Attack (Morale), Fast Healing 1, and other nice things... is easier. And works on all your allies near you.
This one's from Frostburn. And is probably the Best Enchantment Buff Spell Ever.......quote= CantripN

add moral to the list. i'm sure something does it.
i also remember some alchemical substance that should do it too. CS maybe??
circumstance? probably not (baring epic spells) but its a type.

technically you could use custom spells to change a bonus type but that would get silly and be rule 0 anyway.

This is something I've always wondered why someone hasn't made a handbook for.

No it says charisma related checks, it does not limit to skill checks.

well the alchemical is out. I found it in CS but it was skill bonuses and damage stuff no stat boosters. although you could argue alchemy for botox.

thats what i found at Crystal keep .... here is from another source:

Nymph's Kiss
Type: Exalted
Source: Book of Exalted Deeds
By maintaining an intimate relationship with a good-aligned fey (such as a nymph or dryad), you gain some of the characteristics of fey.
Benefit: Fey creatures regard you as though you were fey. You gain a +2 circumstance bonus on all Charisma-related checks and a +l bonus on all saving throws against spells and spell-like abilities. Starting with the level when you take this feat, you gain 1 extra skill point per level.

so it looks like you were right ..... but still need to make it Related to Combat ..... Charming the Arrow definately will, Divine Might might also qualify, Snowflake wardance might also

If charisma is in the roll at all it will be added, which makes it amazing for cha centric builds.

I just wrote this Gestalt Dragon up:
Paladin of Freedom 1 // Sorcerer 1
Kobold Paragon 1 // Sorcerer 2
Paladin of Freedom 2 // Sorcerer 3
Warchief 1 // Kobold Paragon 2
Warchief 2 // Kobold Paragon 3
Prestige Bard 1 // Sorcerer 4
Risen Martyr 1 // Sorcerer 5

Feats:
Flaw - Nimbus of Light
Flaw - Nymph's Kiss
1st - Dragonwrought
3rd - Draconic Reservoir
6th - Extra Spell (Devil's Ego)
CHA so far: 42 (+16) = 18 + 1 Level + 2 Magic Blooded + 3 Age + 2 Warchief + 2 Kobold Paragon + 2 Risen Martyr + 4 Inner Beauty + 4 Devil's Ego + 4 Eagle's Splendor
HD: 12 + 6d12
Saves: +24 Fort / +24 Ref / +29 Will
BAB: 6
Spellcasting: Sorcerer 10
CHA to Saves (included above)
CHA to AC

A Theoretical Maximum I've reached with CHA (while maintaining Full Casting):
20th Charisma: 76, (+33) (18, +4 Racial, +5 Level, +5 Inherent, +6 Sacred, +4 Morale, +10 Enhancement, +2 Silthilar Graft, +6 Profane, +3 Age, +1 Worm, +2 Warchief, +2 Dragon Devotee, +2 Aasimar Paragon, +6 Greater Visage of the Deity).

Evolved 1 // IotSFV 7

Devil's Ego changes you to an Outsider for the duration. WTF

Anyways, are we posting Cha monsters?

Magic Blooded Unseelie Draconic Half Fey Lesser Celadrin
Cloistered Cleric 1/Hexblade 3/Binder 1/Ur Priest 2/Thrall of Malcanthet 10/ Prc Pally 2/Mystic Wonderer 1
w/ Ability Enhancer.
Cha to saves twice, Cha to AC twice, and Cha to AC capped at 10. And getting it to apply to Attack and Damage is simple.

Cha Breakdown
18 base
12 racial
04 class
08 Sirine's Grace
02 Righteous Aura
06 Visage of the Deity Greater
06 Devil's Ego
05 Tome
05 Level
=68
1/day I can transform into a succubus for another +16. Leaving me with 86 but that's only Temporary
CHA => 84 +37

+74 to saves, +84 to AC.
Oh yeah, and you have two sources for turn attempts. 84 attempts before any feats.
Before gear or diplomacy specific buffs you have a +66 to Diplomacy. And guess who you can bind?

I spent days trying to get this to work on a Cha casting base but it just won't fit. Not even on SC. I can Dynamic Priest for Ur Priest but then it doesn't apply to DCs. But your Half Fey SLAs are pretty bangin.

EDIT: If we do silly gestalt and don't buy off LA then assume Magic Blooded Unseelie Ghost 1 Evolvedx17 Half Fey Lesser Celadrin which ends with a Cha of 118. Or +54. But honestly there are probably better things to do with these levels. Like Marshall or Swiftblade. Or better templates.

Minor nitpick, but once you leave paladin, you cannot re-enter.

Make him a Dragonborn, if you care about that. Now he has Wings, +2 CON, -2 DEX, and can leave Paladin and return later. You don't lose anything major from Kobold.

Yep. It's under Favored Class.

There is also the Dragon Mystic PrC in Dragon mag #296.  Other than needing to cast 3rd level spells and having the dragon type, it is easy to get into.  It grants full caster progression and gives a +1 Cha at level 2 and 4.

I am not sure if anyone mentioned a lesser aasimar yet, which gets the normal +2 Wis and Cha with no level adjustment.  A great start for templates already mentioned.

There is the spell transfusion from dragon mag #339.  You drain a stat from a target to grant it to yourself.  The amount drained is 1d6+ 1/3 caster levels (+5 max) and you get half of it.  This bonus is unlisted, I often use it with Summon Elisain Thrush spell (the bird's duration is 8 hours).  The only problem with the spell it is says 10/min per level under duration, but says 1 min/level in the description.  It is level 5, but a nice incantrix could maximize and empower it to grant a +7 unlisted bonus.

Don't forget fun with the artificer.  He has a short lived infusion that lets you change the bonus type an item grants.  Really funny if you buy one of the artifier "wands" (forget their name) and use it on your belt of magnifience to change all your bonuses into luck, deformity, or any other unusual bonus.

Lilitu can grant a +2 profane bonus to a target.  I dont see why you cannot shapechange into one to grant the bonus to yourself.

A fiend of Possession cohort can grant you a +4 profane bonus to one stat, while the first level of Fiend of Corruption can grant a +3 unlisted bonus.  This is only one Leadership feat away.

+76 to saves, +86 to AC.

Rightous aura is not transmutation so it will only grant a +4 bonus.  Also how are you casting spells with both evil and good descriptors.  I guess you could craft an item that casts the spell for you, but I am not sure what would make it Kosher for alignment purposes.

Someone also posted there was a slither graft that increased Cha, but I did not see one in lords of madness.  Is there another source of slither grafts?

There isn't such a Graft in any book, but it's one likely to be allowed by a DM. As for the spells, only Divine Casters are prevented from casting spells that oppose their alignment (and even then, you can be a LN/TN/CN and still cast both Good and Evil) - my DM house-ruled otherwise, but RAW it works.
