And it is technically not a capstone as it comes at level 9, it is really just timeless body with a less pleasant end.

Seriously though, I think that the various PrC's that transform you into something over the course of them have amazing flavor. They aren't always the most powerful, but they are just fun. My favorite of these is probably the Elemental Savant.

You guys already got all the most powerful capstones but...

I think one of the coolest capstones is for Eldrich Master from dragon #280.  At level 10 you gain the ability to know if someone says your name anywhere on the plane and it is sufficient information to allow you to scry on them.  Not the most powerful, but pretty neat ability for a villian.

Waker of the Beast is another dragon mag PrC that gets a size increase after 5 levels.  It would be interesting to pair with a half-minature for huge size.

EDIT: You need toughness and power attack, gain 2 str at level 2 and 4 and lose 2 int at level 2, 4 and 5. Become 1 size bigger a la half minotaur (gain the monster manual size boni)

You also go crazy for the terrasque (thats the base oif the class) You gain claws and stuff and you have to be evil.

Really? Five pages go by and no mention of Thrallherd?  (maybe I missed it)...

A couple levels after gaining the capstone ability and I'm looking at two cohorts each with their own capstone abilities.  Hey, you got your chocolate in my penut butter...
