Mushroom;
Occular spell: <snip>Only ray spells and spells with a target other than personal can be cast as ocular spells.

So no.

Eldariel 4 levels of spellguard work.  Might be hard for an artificer (bufficer) tho.  Thank you.

Q 150: If a PC gains evasion when he already has it, does it become improved evasion?"
A player once asked me if there was any way to make a Tarrasque more evil... 3 sessions later he was stoned with D20s as the PC led an exidus out of the path of a Dire Tarrasque of Legendary Wonder.

With the rare exception of the times where it says it does. And a nice DM would just give it to you...

Q 151 As a [newbie] cleric (healstick, undead beatstick, and part-time buffer) how important is the Spellcraft skill and why?

No, you can use rebuilding to move stat points around.
Right, but if your 17 CON is now suddently -- CON, can you still somehow access that?
You still have your stat points allocated there, so I'd say yes... I guess it would be up to DM interpretation, though. And given your track record with DMs... probably not likely. :P

lol This isn't for me, but that's not to say his DM isn't something similar.

it's a matter of simple deduction.  Every single thing that grants evasion simply leaves it at that -- never does it say anything like "if you already have evasion, you get improved evasion instead" (and given the nature of an exception-based rules set, this is important).  By contrast/comparison, uncanny dodge (another class ability that gets improved with higher levels) specifically states such an improvement.  Why would they go out of their way to indicate this every single time with uncanny dodge, and never mention it even once for evasion (unless, of course, you are not supposed to get that kind of upgrade)?
Just my 2cp.

If you stop ignoring 289 pages telling what the intent is to stretch "more power" in your own god complexion of your interpretation trumps all to cover ability adjustments from aging then I will ignore a quarter page of rules that exist within a sidebar.
I think in this case the grammar is less important than whether the Str and Dex bonus provided to your created undead scales.

My bad -- can't believe I missed that.
However, I think that this only goes to strengthen my point.

Doesn't rogue also stipulate that as well, but monk does not? AFB so I can't confirm my possibly faulty memories.

A gygaxian dungeon is like the world's most messed up game show.

Behind door number one: INSTANT DEATH!
Behind door number 2: A magic crown!
Behind door number 3: 4d6 giant bees, and THREE HUNDRED POUNDS OF HONEY!
They don't/haven't, was the point. 3.5 is as dead as people not liking nice tits.

Sometimes, their tits (3.5) get enhancements (houserules), but that doesn't mean people don't like nice tits.

Though sometimes, the surgeon (DM) botches them pretty bad...
Best metaphor I have seen in a long time.  I give you much fu.
Three Errata for the Mage-kings under the sky,
Seven for the Barbarian-lords in their halls of stone,
Nine for Mortal Monks doomed to die,
One for the Wizard on his dark throne
In the Land of Charop where the Shadows lie.

Cast Embrace the Dark Chaos (Fiend codex 1) and then Shun the Dark Chaos (Fiend codex 1).  Costs a few hundred xp every time you do it.

Have someone cast manifest psychic reformation on you.

Okay, new one:)

Q153: Is there a way that specifically allows you to shrink an item one size category?
