Q 95 How do you add a breath weapon to a spellscale, short of making them a dragonborn or adding a draconic graft?
Half Dragon template

dragon heratage and feats

a 7 feat combanation I know of that will give you a poisonous breathe weapon.

Do tell, if you would. The feat combination.

I have it written down in my old journal, I'll try and find it.
A player once asked me if there was any way to make a Tarrasque more evil... 3 sessions later he was stoned with D20s as the PC led an exidus out of the path of a Dire Tarrasque of Legendary Wonder.

Q97: Which means exist to gain unspecified Domain (an actual Domain, not Domain Granted Power, Arcane Disciple or the like) as a Wizard? Specifically, how would a Wizard-base Malconvoker/Thaumaturgist go about acquiring Summoner-domain, frills and all, to get +2 CL to Summons and access to Planar Allies without Arcane Disciple's silly Wis-prerequisites for fun, profit and Thaumaturgist-entry preferably without losing (additional, after Malconvoker) caster levels; at least not in multiples?

Take a level of Sovereign Speaker. Will lose you a caster level and requires a pointless feat but its odd in that it grants domains despite not requiring divine casting

Q94: If a human wearing full plate gets haste cast on him, what does his movement speed become?  40 or 50?
It doesn't actually specify that you get +30 ft regular, +20 if you're heavily encumbered/wearing medium or heavy armor, so I'd say 50 ft.
It does, however, specifiy "to a maximum of twice the subject’s normal speed", so I'd say it's 40, depending on what yout reat as "normal speed".
It's all about vision and making reality conform to your vision. By dropping a fucking house on it.

I should have been more specific. I was looking for maps of the boats and what not too. Like those in Savage Tides. There's actually a lot of adventures that have you on a ship. That'd come in handy.

And I see you used "Roleplaying maps" instead of "D&D maps". Yours came up with better results.

Q99: If a druid is operating under the Tongues spell, can he give his animal companion more sophisticated instructions than those ordinarily available through the Handle Animal skill?

Just use MapTool from the awesome DMtools. It even has some boat plans that are quite ...nice.

A99: He can't communicate with an animal using Tongues at all. Tongues only works on creatures that actually speak a language. There is a specific spell that does allow him to speak with animals, though (it's called... Speak with Animals...). It doesn't say anything about using it with an animal companion, though. It does say that helpful animals might do a favor or service for you, but doesn't elaborate on what kinds of services might be appropriate.

I happen to know there is a good ship map in issue 96 of KoDT.

Q101
If you were to take a level in Ur-Priest and later become a non-evil alignment would you still be able to take levels in Ur-Priest without becoming evil again, seeing, does this hold true for other requirements aswell?

You would lose the class features of the class and be unable to take more levels. This is for all requirements.
