Q:  But what about dips?  I mean, I rarely see anyone just eating a single cheese.  Where would a plate of nachos be rated on this, for example?

Clearly someone should make another tier system for things that go with cheese, and have +1s and -1s to indicate the tier level changes of appropriate dips (like, maybe a good guacamole might be a +2?).

CO != TO (Cheese Optimization != Topping Optimization?)

You might not by any chance be able to point me to a site with instructions for just this? I always feel that the affordable cheeses you can buy aren't nearly ripe enough, but when I try to ripen them in the fridge they just get dry and stale.
How DO you do it?

Thanks, I'm going to try that. :)

Well given that I'm allergic to Penicillin, I guess my main dish is "Saganaki."  Fits, given that it's doused in brandy and served on fire :D

EDIT : Oh yeah, and stinks so bad it could drive Dispater out of the Iron Citadel.

Tier 6: "Cheese" marvelous cheese, isn't it so delightful (song)

If you call it real cheese, and you are over 12 years of age, you either live in America, or you want to Americanize as fast as possible. Considered "comfort" food by people who think wine from a cardboard carton is Foreign, and quite racy too. The semi-real food that accompanies these cheeses, are responsible for the Death of millions of people. They went willingly and happily marching like fatted Penguins to the slaughter. And they're delicious if you've been drinking heavily.

Examples:   American Cheese , Velveeta , Frozen Pizza "Cheese" , Nacho Sauce , Burger/Melty Cheese at fast food joints
Whey Curds with Blue food coloring being passed off as a Tier 1 cheese in Bleu "Cheese" salad dressing

Frozen Pizza "Cheese"
I would just like to inform you that in some places, they use actual grated cheese(of a brand name variety, no less) in their frozen pizzas.

I failed my untrained Knowledge(Frozen Pizza Cheese) check. Perhaps I couldn't Take 10 --- of the check or the cheese.

Iron Tower. Do continue.

Anything that rank will obviously trigger his cheese contingencies, and knowing the cheese is ubiquitous, it has infiltrated his domicile.  Seeing as how Dispater is concerned first and foremost with his own ass, it would set off a catastrophic chain reaction self-destroying Dis, as only a complete purging could ever destroy such a pervasive stench-filled cheese (including such staples as Time-Stream Hopping Sharp Cheddar and Astrophysical Parmesan).
