I would personally take Miracle as my 9th level spell

Well, he can prep it if he wants... That's just what he has down as his default prepared spells.

Of course this is an insanely powerful character. I have played both a thrallherd and an ur-priest, and they're both crazy powerful individually. I can only imagine what they'd be like combined...

With both of those, I have basically "traded in" my body for something else. The Ur-Priest basically permanently possesses a war troll via Magic Jar (but he could change bodies, or even possess enemies offensively if he wanted), and the Thrallherd has been Haunt Shifted inside of a powerful airship (he acts through his psicrystal and/or a set of Ring Gates).

Both have a few house rules and/or 3rd party things added to them, but you might find something interesting in them so I linked their sheets. I don't have time to comb over your build carefully, but it looks like you know what you're doing. ;) The Ur-Priest travels around with an Incantatrix, so I didn't bother taking DMM: Persistent on him.
[spoiler]
A couple of water benders, a dike, a flaming arrow, and a few barrels of blasting jelly?

Sounds like the makings of a gay porn film.
...thanks

Exactly, preparing a spell daily that cost 5000xp will cost me more than I'll be getting for it.

With both of those, I have basically "traded in" my body for something else. Still wondering whether i should do that too, but it's definatly an option.
I have to say that i discovered thrall herd thanks to your build. :)

That truly means alot coming from you. Thanks :)

Miracle doesn't necessarily cost you 5,000 xp.

That. Emulating other spells' effects is free, and that's pretty awesome.

Ooh solid point, I hadn't realized that yet.
