Ahh, yeah it does say that. Hey now it sounds like my work environment. I knew it was too good to be true!

6: Skill based. Commoner, Expert, Samurai.
5: Mundane warrior. Barbarian, Fighter, Monk.
4: Partial casters. Adapt, Hexblade, Paladin, Ranger, Spelltheif.
3: Focused casters. Bard, Beguiler, Dread Necromancer, Martial Adapts, Warmage.
2: Full casters. Favored Soul, Psion, Sorcerer, Wu Jen.
1: Elitists. Artificer, Cleric, Druid, Wizard.
0: Gods. StP Erudite, Illthid Savant, Pun-Pun, Rocks fall & you die.

My understanding was that the FAQ was to clear up ambiguities in the rules, which more or less everything related to bloodlines is. It can't (or at least, I don't follow it when it does) contradict existing rules or create new rules from whole cloth, but if a rule's interpretation can go many ways, the FAQ is the official source on which way the rules go, like it or not.

That said, assuming PlzBreakMyCampaign's quotes are accurate, this should work, for reasons already outlined.
So you end up stuck in an endless loop, unable to act, forever.
