Hi. I'm a friend of Straw Man. Hes asked me to post this here. Here's in the hospital with a strep infection. Something serious. He said he'll resume when he's out and to say sorry. He's supposed to be out in a few days.

Why dont yall email Isky, he'd probably like that. Bye!

Well that sucks, hope he does alright.

On the bright side, he can't be *that* sick if he's still posting elsewhere  ;)

Sorry my friends. I have returned from the hospital and am still just aching but I'm alive. I feel bad that this happened, between being dragged to work in places with absolutely no Internet and then getting a rare strep infection when I got back - in short I haven't been a good GM. I dislike using the bad luck excuse but outside of that I can't offer any

Admittedly I was posting on the boards a day or so after I got back but I was making no progress with the map editor since I was woozy and brainfogged. I thought it was a cold that was going to go away; imagine my surprise when I was woken up by a doctor to find I'd passed out for 13 hours  :facepalm And then the painkillers - I have some excellent material for drug trips if we ever get there!  :)

I'm thinking I'm just going to draw the map since I really don't feel up to anything to intellectual presently, even frigging typing this is a challenge *wry smile*.

I'm sorry guys and I understand completely if you want to bail. I have a story and one I think people will like but this is way slower than I would like as a player too. Now I'm going to take today for myself and as soon as I can hold a friiging pencil I'm yours.

freaky... like I summoned the devil, you responded pretty quick after my post ;)

Good to have you back, and by all means, do not push it! Maybe finding a ubstitute DM for a while so you can get your head organized and your health up to standards?

Good to have you back Straw_Man. I doubt anyone will be walking away from the game from the delay of game (I know I won't as this will be my only chance to play D&D for about two months). Just take care of yourself and most of us should be able to wait until you get going again.

Either way, its not fun

Hello gang - I'm back!

  Thanks for your patience everyone.

About 60 or 70 percent but I'm off painkillers, so I'm pleased to say we'll be underway by tomorrow. Expect a map up and then we'll finally get to that combat.

Yee gods, you guys had bad rolls  :P

Yay, fun fun fun.
Too bad I am leaving tomorrow for the USA. I have the utmost faith the other party members can play my (still non-existant) character well.  :P
Happy gaming  :)
