@Agita:
Ok... he is immune to crits, and he is neither flat-footed nor denied his Dex to AC. So what are your attack totals now?

And are you sure your attack bonus +19? I see +11, after factoring the penalties from PA and umbral awn. 8dex+3enh+1wf, and +2 for being invis so a total of +13, no?

So I'm pretty sure both attacks miss.
"Why are you fighting so hard against those who don't care about fighting you?"

Stepping more or less to the side, apparently to encircle his opponent, yet moving away so as to avoid retaliation, Raoul whispers his next spell, contrasting with the flamboyant style he'd used so far. Nothing seems to happen at first... until the tree-like creature would feel slimy, cord-like appendages grasping for its arms and neck.
Diagonal 5-foot step, then Invisible Evard's Black Tentacles, burst centered above tree-guy so as to not catch RJ.
YOINK! (1d100=27, 1d20+15=25) Whew! Barely made it. Let's hope this guy isn't a grappling monstrosity...

@Kuro
Raoul can't see Ris-Janna, and has no way of knowing where she is. She is outside the telepathy range, he never knew where she was to start with after DDing away, and even if he did, she's moved...

He also doesn't know where the flying dude is, but he can try to figure that out from the sound of the winds whipping around him (with a Listen check). If he manages to center an Evard's on him, he'll definitely get RJ with it, though.

Listen DC to pinpoint the unseen flying dude's position is: 34 (we'll say it starts at -20, for the windstorm, +30 for distance, +20 to pinpoint, +4 due to the storm)

To get within 20 feet of him for spell targeting, we'll reduce the DC by 20 (ad hoc), for a total of 14.
Xuuvosic will Teleport to the origin of the initial attack. and ...
what he does afterward largely depends of whether momentum is conserved during teleportation. If it isn't, and X.'s fall will take him within grabbing distance of the plant-guy, he'll attack and miss. Otherwise he'll just 'port again, this time to any distant place he can think of that would have a tarp, rug or tapestry around (I need some surface to drag the Pit onto in order to keep its gateway open while in mid air).
@Xuuvosic
So your touch attacks were the rolls of 1d20+9 (twice) and 1d20+4, right? Yeah, those miss. You should also make a Fortitude save, but it won't really matter since you missed. It would have determined whether you even got to attack him through the whirlwind around him.

You won't be able to teleport away till next round, unless you can do it as a move action somehow.
Ris-Janna swings her blades ferociously at the tree man, but they are deflected by the terrific winds whipping around his body. He also seems to have almost supernatural reaction times, as he began dodging her first blow before she had even become visible.

She then sees Xuuvosic go falling past rapidly, his tentacles flailing wildly , but also missing the tree-man. Then he continues plummeting past both of them towards the ground, and she can see the hovering figure turn towards her and lightning begin to crackle around his hands.

Raoul still has a turn before we move on.
Since I can't see RJ, but I presume she'd take his back anyway, I'll just place the tentacles around where I BELIEVE his front is, careful so as to not engulf his back. That make sense?

... I guess Xuuvosic could tell you where they are both at (relayed through the psurlon), since he just fell past them and will re-enter the psurlon's telepathy range before he teleports away.

Otherwise, the only thing you could do is make the Listen checks I mentioned above. You otherwise have no idea where either of them are, much less how they are oriented with respect to each other.

It's frankly ridiculous to consider targeting something this accurately based on information gathered by someone falling past them and then relayed through someone else telepathically... but whatever. I guess it isn't really prohibited by the rules, and/or they don't cover how to adjudicate the randomness. So let's just roll with it...
Using coordinates relayed to him from Xuuvosic's minion, Raoul casts a spell and tries to place it so that it envelops his enemy but not Ris-Janna. Miraculously, he succeeds.

Ris-Janna has no idea why, but the tree-man begins grasping at his neck as if being strangled by invisible hands and he is jostled about obviously against his own will.
Grapple check 1d20+6=21

Need to roll damage for the tentacles, or I can, whatever.
He manages to croak out "Well, I'm glad to see you're putting up a decent fight. I thought you were all going to just hide in your little dark cloud down there. It will avail you nothing in the end, though. The Fates have decreed that you are doomed."

As he says the last, lightning erupts from his hands and penetrates Ris-Janna's body, burning her terribly.
10d6=36 electrical damage
Xuuvosic finds himself caught and lifted by a new set of winds, which abruptly halt his descent and begin crushing him slowly as if they were a great coiled snake.
Touch Attack; Grapple check: 1d20+16=21, 1d20+16=20
And I guess you do normal unarmed damage (using your casting stat instead of strength) when you grapple someone with Telekinesis. So 1d3+6=7 damage if you're successfully grappled.

You'll need to make a DC 27 Concentration check to activate your Greater Teleport Spell-like ability.

And no, I didn't forget about tree-man having to make concentration checks from being grappled. You'll see why when you finally see his stat block. ;)
Ok, so the tree-dude is being grappled by invisible tentacles, Ris-Janna got shocked, and Xuuvosic is being grappled and held in mid-air by winds (telekinesis).

It's Ris-Janna's turn, then Xuuvosic's and Raoul's. And if anyone else wants to climb out of the pit and do something, they of course can. It has been quite a few seconds since you jumped in there, and you can hear the sounds of battle ringing out in mid-air above you, and Raoul's muffled chanting tells you he is casting spells.

Cade takes the opportunity to take a page out of Marlowe's book, so to speak, and activates his Healing ring, in case he needs to face the lightning bolt wielder.

Ris-Janna yelps as the electricity courses through her body, but it only seems to make her angrier. The smoke rising from her skin seems to be not only attricutable to the shock she has just recieved. "Shove your 'Fates' wherever they fit, tree. I have decreed that you're toothpicks." With that, she grabs the blade of one of her daggers between her teeth and jabs at the tree-man with her free hand.
Standard action: Use Darkness SLA. Preferably on something that looks like a magic item/something that looks like he wouldn't want to throw it away.
Concentration to 'cast' defensively (1d20+14=26)
Touch attack (1d20+14=33)

Move: If it hits, move to put 10 ft. between the tree guy and me. If it doesn't, move away until he's just outside my LoS. And if that doesn't hit on a touch attack, we might want to run for it anyway. :P

Combat Stats
Hit Dice: 5d8+2d10+1d6+8*Con
Hit Points: 21.5
Armor Class: 29 (10 +6 Armor +8 Dex +2 Dodge +0 Size +2 Shield)
Touch AC: 20
Flatfooted AC: 16
Initiative: +17 (+8 Dex +2 Fighter +1 Swordsage +2 Eager +4 Improved Initiative)
Base Attack Bonus: 6.50
Grapple: +6 (6 BAB +0 Str +0 Size)
Speed: 30' land; 120' flight (Good); X' climb; X' burrow; X' swim

Yeah, that hits. :D And his armor certainly looks magical, as it has roots growing out of it and into his flesh, as I said. And it's not like he could take it off very easily in the middle of combat, even if he wanted to. So how about that?
The area around the figure is shrouded in magical darkness, and Ris-Janna hops away out of his reach.

Sounds good. Basically, I want to create a lose-lose situation - he's now practically blind and I'm not, and since the effect is on an item he's wearing he can't move out of it. If he does get rid of the item, he gets easier to kill, so I'm happy. :P

Inside the magical globe, the figure says "A sound tactical move. Unfortunately for you, I do not need the use of my eyes to destroy you." and Ris-Janna sees lightning again begin to crackle around his hands.

Xuuvosic's and Raoul's turns.

"Motherfucking shit. I fucking said we needed to get the fuck out of here. Now look", Xuuvosic mutters to himself.
break free checks (1d20+8=28, 1d20+8=19). X will Teleport to a tarp-like object and grab it if the first break free succeeds. If somehow the first one fails, but the second one succeeds, I'll activate Displacement.
