Q127: I'm looking for magical ways to improve an initiative modifier, anything from weapon enhancements to items or even armor enhancements if there are any.
Look no further. :D

Improvisation affects Initiative checks?!?!?!? Holy #%&$! My search is over......
Initiative is technically a Dex check, yes.

Q128 Human with no spells maximizing Wisdom. Short of:

+5 levels
+5 tome
+6 item

What can I do? Any +0 templates? Any especially strong +1s or +2s for wisdom?

I guess it would help to understand my reaction if I said that my CL is into triple digits.

Well, yes, but you need to have this round/level spell beforehand. That's hard to do, and it's not a good spell to persist, what with running out of uses.

Eh, if it's coming from my spellthief build he's got all the persist uses he can ever use and then some.  I usually persist it, but then again I tend to take the Batman concept a little further than most...

So is it reasonable to assume that anything on a character can be enhanced by Improvisation, because in one way or the other (except maybe HP) they all contain some degree of skill or ability check?

No.  Attack rolls, damage rolls, Grapple checks, caster level checks, and saves are not ability or skill checks.  Initiative explicitly is a Dexterity check, which is why Improvisation works for it.

Is the Animate Dead HD limit for a Mystic Theurge type separate for each side? That is to say, can they animate shitloads of undead?

I think the answer is clearly yes, but not everyone agrees. They have different caster levels for each side, and so different control pools and HD limits for what they can animate. I don't see how that doesn't mean that the pools are totally separate.

Weapon Master (Oriental Adventures), Psychic Weapon Master (Mind's Eye), Disciple of Dispater (BoVD), Kaorti resin weapon (Fiend Folio). I know there are others, but those are the ones I can think of off the top of my head. Some of them can be used together, also.

Also, a Maiming (?) Weapon is nice. It makes your 18-20x4 Kaorti Resin Weapon into a 18-20x1d8. Sure, 1/2/3 are worse off, but x8 may end an encounter before it begins.

Q130: Anyone have good links/ideas for how to maximize Wisdom?
Q130a: Are there any game mechanics that would enable a cohort to share, lend, or otherwise transfer its own wisdom score or wisdom modifier to its "leader"?
Q130b: I know that there are tricks for tattooed monks to get high wisdom scores, at least temporarily. How does that work?
