Q112: Shadow Jump (Su): At 4th level, a shadowdancer gains the ability to travel between shadows as if by means of a dimension door spell. Would the spell 'Anticipate teleportation' delay the shadowdancer's shadow jump ability because its teleportaion based?(dimension door)
A112:
yes, because D-door has the [teleport] descriptor. for the same reason, a telflammar shadowlord can use shadow jump to trigger shadow pounce.
Then No Littha, I don't have to worry about either Shawdancer, because his Shadow Hop get delayed 3 rounds , rofl....and same for the Hellbreaker if she hops on a spell , although she can also use plane hop, but getting next to me using that is impossible due to its 5 to 500 mile margin of error So I'm fairly safe
Greater Planeshift has no such margin of error. It's an 8th level cleric spell, IIRC.
Also, would the Vecna Blooded template block Mindsight? And I think the 6th level ability of (Illithid)
Slayer also would work.
Q116: A human fighter wields a small longspear: He wields it with one hand, the damage decreases to 1d6, he takes a -2 penalty to attack, and it maintains the reach property. Is any of that incorrect/am I missing anything?
I don't think inappropriately sized reach weapons actually grant reach anymore, but it isn't 100% clear.
Reach Weaponsof the appropriate size can attack a creature 15 or 20 feet away, but not adjacent creatures or creatures up to 10 feet away.
Rules are here and here. Specifically, "two hands are required to use a two-handed melee weapon effectively." Otherwise, you are correct.
That's not right.
So the fighter could certainly wield the small longspear in one hand (and it would count as a one-handed weapon). He'd take a -2 to his attacks, but I'm not sure he'd still have reach with it.
