Assuming you don't want Martial Study... Look around for tactical feats, I guess.
Shape Soulmeld (Kraken Mantle or Girallon Arms), maybe? But then, I think that might fall into the same category as Martial Study.

Yeah, as a general rule, no Spellcasting/alternate magic systems/maneuvers feats, or seriously powerful stuff like Entangling Exhalation etc., and you should be fine

Just ask yourself this: 'Would I allow this if I were DM-ing?'

I don't have SS at hand ATM, but assuming they don't provide the same kind of bonus/both provide an unnamed bonus, then yes, they would stack.

But assuming the enemy was already aware of him, would he still catch them flat-footed?

Yeah, since I already mentioned that info to you, it is assumed for this round. No need to screw players over for a mistake made by the DM. For future encounters, please remind me of that rule

EDIT: Is the movement penalty for moving up the slope all because it's a slope, or is some of it due to difficult terrain? I'm asking because Up the Hill skill trick lets me move up a slope or stair at normal speed for a round per encounter.

If I use the Animal Devotion feat to gain flight, which acts like Overland Flight, am I slowed by my medium encumbrance? The spell says you move slower if encumbered or wearing medium or heavy armor, but dwarves explicitly aren't slowed by those things...

How about a 25? The second attack was a 25, not a 20. It's also against flat-footed AC.

I'll cut you some slack here. Dwarven bonuses etc. also apply to fly speeds
