All the new spells known are at 1st level.

Dirty, but not necessarily immedietly noticeable as powerful:  Polymorph Any Object on a creature into itself.  The creature permanantly loses all Extraordinary special qualities not derived from class levels.

I am constantly amazed by how many DM's ban Tomb of Battle.  The book doesn't even exist!

If using Genesis to hide your phylactry, set it at -300 degrees farenheit.  See how do-gooders fare with a liquid atmosphere.

Yeah, but you get them all at 1st level of the PrC.

No comments on the PAO use?  I'm a little surprised.

Exactly what use is it? Most of those tend to be useful. Subtype might be a bitch on occasion, but that's about all I can think of.
Gendou Ikari is basically Gregory House in Kaminashades. This is FACT.

Use it on foes and they lose any of their helpful qualities.  Regeneration, Darkvision, annoying immunities, spell resistance, etc.  Unlike other possible PAO forms, they won't necessarily realize that you actually did anything.
Or you can use it on someone in your group with an undesireable special quality (such as a Drow and their light blindness)

It does work.  Alter Self specifically says that they lose all Extraordinary special attacks and qualities from race and don't gain those of the new race.  Polymorph is "as alter self", but gives extraordinary special attacks of the new form.  Polymorph is "as Polymorph", but still doesn't say that Extraordinary special qualities derived from race are kept and you still don't gain those of the new form.

if you're forcing a fort save on your opponents anyways, why not Bunny-fy them?

  • It can only be attributable to human error.

Because it is more subtle this way and you can claim that you striped them of their power without revealing how it was done.

Sure you can.

Well, claim to have not revealed it to anyone who can make a DC 20 Spellcraft check at least....

Templates can't be 'unqualified.' Once you have it, it sticks.
Interesting enough. All the god-blooded templates contain rules for when the template is lost. They don't go into how to lose them just like some don't go into exactly how to gain them.

The only thing I could think of is losing the template like how feats/classes work. The loss of whatever allowed you to take it.
Tiers explained in 8 sentences. With examples!
[spoiler]Tiers break down into who has spellcasting more than anything else due to spells being better than anything else in the game.

4: Partial casters. Adapt, Hexblade, Paladin, Ranger, Spelltheif.
3: Focused casters. Bard, Beguiler, Dread Necromancer, Martial Adapts, Warmage.
2: Full casters. Favored Soul, Psion, Sorcerer, Wu Jen.
1: Elitists. Artificer, Cleric, Druid, Wizard.
0: Gods. StP Erudite, Illthid Savant, Pun-Pun, Rocks fall & you die.

Templates can't be lost like that.

Otherwise any template that changed your type to one the template couldn't be applied to would explode.

God-Blooded loses it's self at least.

The god blooded templates do contain rules for how you lose them, if you stop more than a set amount of damage using the damage reduction 10/- then the template is lost. No other method would cause the templates to be lost.
Here are the related rules.
