Do Crusaders have that as well? If so, use that. And treat stances as maneuvers for any retraining method.
Sweet. Perfect. I will take Crusader 4 as my 6th level and retrain it, then.

So it's looking like this is the build:

1 Crusader 1 Extra Readied Manuever, Tortured Soul (bonus, see below), Stand Still (flaw), Deformity: Tall (flaw)
2 Cl. Cleric 1 (Knowledge Devotion and two other domains/devotions)
3 Crusader 2 Combat Reflexes
4 Crusader 3 (starting play here)
5 Warblade 1 Deformity: Madness Sparta (bonus)
6 Crusader 4 Stone Power (retrain 2nd stance to Thicket of Blades)

On the one hand, I freakin' hate cloistered cleric as it doesn't really fit thematically. On the other hand, it is no-brainer superior to a regular cleric level for me... I guess that's a minor complaint, though. :P

Maybe I should rethink what maneuvers I'm taking with the warblade dip, also.

A couple of water benders, a dike, a flaming arrow, and a few barrels of blasting jelly?

Sounds like the makings of a gay porn film.
...thanks

Looking good :)

EDIT: Since we have 5 players, I'll post in the Current Games thread so we can get our own child board up and running :)

So far we have Mr. Maeuvers, a DFA, and an Anima Mage in the works correct?

Something about that sounds crude.
My work
The tier system in a nutshell:
[spoiler]Tier 6: A cartographer.
Tier 5: An expert cartographer or a decent marksman.
Tier 4: An expert marksman.
Tier 3: An expert marksman, cartographer and chef who can tie strong knots and is trained in hostage negotiation or a marksman so good he can shoot down every bullet fired by a minigun while armed with a rusted single-shot pistol that veers to the left.
Tier 2: Someone with teleportation, mind control, time manipulation, intangibility, the ability to turn into an exact duplicate of anything, or the ability to see into the future with perfect accuracy.

Well if I got the list right then I'm going divine.  Just need to figure out if I want Cleric or Druid based.  Hmmmmm.

Mmm.... I think a lot of this will probably be outdoors, so Entangle from the druid would be awesome, and Barkskin is always nice. As is the free tank. ;)

Of course, a cleric with spontaneous casting from the plant domain has two out of three of those.

At ECL 5 that's 6 + 2x Cha + 8 turning attempts. That's an easy 24.
Once you hit ECL 8 you'll have 9 + 3x Cha + 12. That's  an easy 36.

Without items.  :love

If you're willing to get really cheesy, you could see if Bowen will let you multiclass between Cleric and Cloistered Cleric, and/or the Druid variant that gets Turning. :D But then you'd quickly fall behind on the spells you can actually persist.

The man has a valid point :)

Some extra scouting/survival/outdoorsy stuff paired with full casting (including healing) and 2 melee beasts would come in handy :)

Ninja-edit: No multiclassing between clerics ;)
Also, don't Sacred Exorcist and Dread Necro have conflicting alignment-requirements?

Technically yes, but there's no actual listed RAW penalty for a Dread Necro changing his alignment to Good. He might not be able to take any more DN levels, but that's about it.
And actually, bears miscalculated turn attempts. As my stub listed two Extra turning feats, he'd actually get 6+2*Cha+16 attempts at ECL 5. With a Reliquiary Holy Symbol, that becomes 6+2*Cha+16+4. Let's call it Cha 14 for a nice, round 30 turn attempts. :D

But yeah, Pheadrus makes some pretty valid points for a Druid.

Ok... so how do those Schemas work? I can get one that works like an Eternal Wand, but with cleric spells in it? What's the price, and uses per day? I'm thinking of getting one of Shield Other, to protect the wimpier members of the party. :P

Magic of Eberron. Do your own homework. :P
They're pretty much like eternal wands, but 1/day, IIRC. I think they only hold Sor/Wiz spells and infusions, though. However, they're the only RAW way to get infusions.

EDIT: I made a Half-Orc Druid a while ago for an unrelated campaign. He's here if you're interested in a sample build (doesn't use a fleshraker because MM3 wasn't allowed).
