Core Wizard and Druid builds that own everything

I want an unbeatable core wizard and druid.  Alter Form, Polymorph abuse, anything that needs to happen.
First off, the Joker is a smooth operator. He is very good at convincing people of things, twisting them to further his goals. This is the guy who turned Harvy Dent into Two Face with a simple Bluff check and ten minutes of RP.

Wizard build:
Learn Contact Other Plane, and know some basic compression.
Linguist, Mad, Unique, none of these things am I

Check out Lycanthromancer's turtle strategy for Core-only Wizards. It's an exercise in a Wizard 20 vs. a Fighter 20. Sovereign glue Gates to Gated Dragons' foreheads? D'oh, you.
Just take advantage of metamagic and Glitterdust and Color Spray, I suppose.

Druid needs Natural Spell. That's all I know.

Addendum: nigh-infinite Explosive Runes, http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/fireSeeds.htm, sell your spellbook, Candle of Invocation loop, deconstruct ladders for ten-foot poles for a profit,

Addendum 2: Abuse bonus spells for a high spellcasting stat RAW (get levels of spells before your class grants them to you) (Venerable Gray Elf),

Addendum 3: Check out that Enchanter's guide (Planar Bind?), (lesser) Geas, Undead army,

Addendum 4: Momentary Alteration Spelltouched feat, Ring of infinite divinely Quickened Wishes (The Wish & The Word's trick), Silent Image to block LoS and other ingenious uses, Prestidigitate (as a friend of mine would rage, shut their eyelids),

I like rogue1/wizard6/assassin1/arcanetrickster8/archmage4

Loses 2 CL but adds 6d6 sneak attack and some skillmonkey, good for a ray mage

The first build here is mostly core. With liberal (ab)use of Contact Other Plane, and Astral Projection, you should have very little to worry about, regardless of your "build".

Now this is assuming level 20, but you didn't mention anything about level, so... we're left to guess.
