Isn't there some way to make all your spells [Evil]? You already have Spell Focus (evil) as an ur-priest prereq...

I remember seeing something in one of the Tomes that did that. I think it was a feat in the Tome of Fiends.

Fiend Cabalist
You were trained in the mystic arts by a powerful fiend, and your magical power stems from a dark source.
Prerequisite: Caster level 1
Benefit: You gain Knowledge (The Planes) as a class skill, all of your spells gain the [Evil] subtype, and spells you cast and magic items you create radiate an evil aura equal to the strength of their normal magical aura. Any spells you cast that already have the Evil subtype gain a +4 caster level.
Special: This feat can only be taken at 1st level.

I would recommend a PrC which grants domains. With that and Practiced Spellcaster (ur-priest) she can pass herself off as a 10th-level cleric.

Or you could take the Attune Domain feat from the Tome of Fiends a couple of times. I doubt they'd notice the lack of domains, though. Just say she has some crappy ones that don't grant spells outside the normal cleric list.

Touch of Blackened Soul (4 wiz\4 cleric) from Dragon Magic gives your spells evil descriptor, and every spell from third and lower level deals +50% damage versus good aligned creatures.

Sort of a random thought for the build, why not do that Paladin of Tyranny/Hexblade combo and take Leadership and Improved Cohort to have a Wizard "pet" and a legion of loyal love slaves? Sure the Wizard wouldn't have super high level spells, but with the debuff aura should let the spells he have connect more often.

 Does anyone know the specifics of that build?

probably wouldnt work so well, the character is supposed to be some sort of double agent so looking like a cleric is probably a good idea

There are a few items that grant undetectable alignment.  Perhaps you could special craft one to give you a veneer of another alignment.  This would be pretty useful if its a "good" party

Feats can be redone.
(1) ... a [Host] feat from CPsi , to get a 1/2 HD = ML psionic power ; if you don't have CPsi just pick 2 first level powers, to use 1/day
(3) ... Ability Focus , for +2 to the save DC of the Energy Drain
(6) ... Metamorphic Transfer , to synergize with the shapechange and (outside) goodies ; needs the (1) feat

Skills can be re-picked too, which of course should be done, according to a Carnivore-esque approach.

Ability Scores can be redone with the Elite Array, and set as you wish.
Subtract 2 or 3 from the listed scores (from evens/odds), then add in the Elite Array or Points to Int Dex and Cha.
Get a Bow, and some other gear.
