Master of Many Forms 10 combined with the 40k gold item that adds an extra 5HD to your wildshape limit. (Don't remember the name specifically.) Since create drone is an EX ability, just take Assume Supernatural Ability: Drone Drain and then pump out the buggers and profit from the memories.

Alternatively couldn't you use Elan +Draconic Polymorph + Assume Supernatural Ability?
