Q139:

Can a Sorcerer with the Metamagic Specialist ACF use the Quicken Spell Feat on his Spells?
Yes he can as it allows the metamgic to be applied without affecting the casting time of the spell. So the quicken effect works.

Q 140 Cloak of Battle from MIC. It grants you a +4 AC bonus. While it likely won't stack with other armour bonuses, does this count as the same as bracers of armor? Will this item affect a monk in any way?

If it's not actually armor, then Monks aren't limited by it.  It is, in the armor bonus-granting way, exactly the same as the Bracers of Armor (barring the difference in body slot).
I am constantly amazed by how many DM's ban Tomb of Battle.  The book doesn't even exist!

Cool, and it's cheap too. Now that you can get vests of resistance, that'll help a lot.

Q 141 Refresh my memory. Whereabouts can I find information on stat drains? Especially for poisons, and when the secondary damage happens. I know you die from 0 CON, but what about the other stats? I only remember going into a coma.

Q 142 Was nystul's magical aura renamed to just plain magic aura?

A character with Strength 0 falls to the ground and is helpless. A character with Dexterity 0 is paralyzed. A character with Constitution 0 is dead. A character with Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma 0 is unconscious.

A142: SRD does not contain the names of the spell's creator, PHB does. Only rules are open content, not the fluff. Thus, Melf's Acid Arrow, Nystul's Magic Aura, etc.

Q138:
Do we have a guide to ways of casting more than one spell per round?
For example, Quicken Spell Feat, Belt of Battle, Circlet of Rapid Casting.. Are there more ways?
This shooting of rays from eyes from Lords of Madness... Ocular Spell

Arcane Spellsurge, Arcane Fusion, Greater Arcane Fusion (note: all three are Sorcerer only)
Then there's Battle Blessing, so long as you have spells from something other than Paladin.

Q144: Can someone link me to a consolidated powers list? Rated would be even awesomer.

Q145: Is there anything keeping an Erudite from using the Soulcrystal power to pass around what are normally personal only powers (like Mind Blank, Personal or Body Adjustment)?

Q145b: Planning on holding generous amounts of Soulcrystals in Quintessence, any thoughts of storage? I am thinking a Belt of Hidden Pouches/Battle but a Heward's Handy Haversack would allow me to grab the crystal i want through all the Quintessence.

Q145c: Would having the Quintessence in a extra dimensional space prevent the psionic interference that comes with having it in large amounts?

Q146: Anybody have any nonlethal-revenge-on-fellow-party-members plots (level 12ish)? Have a need to get back at some people.

Edited for expanded questons

That should work, and yeah since it is on another plane, it shouldn't interfere with your psionics. When you open the container, the DM might say it does, though, depending on if he lets effects pass through the "portal".

Q147: Erudite has its exp cost for learning new powers. Any suggestions on how to go about converting this to Pathfinder (they did away with most if not all exp costs)? I was considering the standard 5gp/1xp conversion but with 20xp per erudite lvl per power...that can rapidly get expensive, even more so than a wizard without a Blessed Book.

Hmm. I wonder if it's just for Shackled City then. The Vanishing deals CHA damage, and when you hit 0 you die.

Q148 Secondary damage (ie poison) always hits you 1 minute later, right?

There are specific exceptions to this rule (example: a Shadow reduces your Str to 0 and you die).

A 148: Correct.  Secondary damage is always 1 minute after.

on a semi-related side note -- I've always liked the Frost Dragon from Dragonlance, who's breath weapon drains CHA, and if your CHA is reduced to 0, not only do you die, the very memory of you vanishes from everyone who ever new you (which is certainly a way to make permanent death a real threat for a high-level PC).

Q149
need some clarification on object hardness:
when you attempt to sunder something (e.g., a weapon), do the hardness of the 2 weapons cancel 1-for-1?
For example:
if I use a quarterstaff (hardness 8) to attempt to sunder a steel sword (hardness 10), does the sword ignore the first 2 points of damage, or the first 10 (due to the quarterstaff having the lower hardness)?

I think that I may be having some 3.0 confusion.

If you stop ignoring 289 pages telling what the intent is to stretch "more power" in your own god complexion of your interpretation trumps all to cover ability adjustments from aging then I will ignore a quarter page of rules that exist within a sidebar.
I think in this case the grammar is less important than whether the Str and Dex bonus provided to your created undead scales.

No they don't, except in the specific case of legacy weapon-hardness which is described specifically in their book.
