Q26: I seem to recall a feat that increased a mount's carrying capacity. Anybody know what I'm thinking of?

Natural Heavyweight, or something like that?

That might be it, a source would be great though :)

EDIT: Found it in the Planar Handbook. Thanks :)

Q7a. Where is it stated that taking any action while you have an action readied causes the readied action to be disrupted/lost?

Q7b. Do swift or immediate actions also disrupt your own readied actions?

three different 1st-level infusions chosen at the time of
casting...

Is the XP cost of imbuing an infusion part of the effect/function of the infusion, or part of the casting, which does not actually happen? And would Spell Storing Item from a 4th level slot, but without the XP cost still be worth it? ...

Bolding mine. Yes, as written that works as you asked. You get the effects of 3 infusions without casting them. Costs are paid on casting, components are used on casting, etc. As to the efficacy, it's 1 level cheaper than quicken would be, and the casting time of Spell Storing would be 1 min. normally, rather than an immediate action. So you can pop it onto your attack. Good find.

Q24 Does a bonus to melee damage apply to melee touch attacks?  For example, if I shape Lightning Gauntlets on an Evil Incarnate and use Incarnum Radiance (for +2 to melee damage rolls), would my 1d6 electric damage melee touch attack deal 1d6+2 damage?
Bump for new page.  And a kick to Kevin for bad numbering.

Q27: Someone pointed this out to me this morning and was wondering if there are any holes in the logic:
Underdark has the spider silk armor which is +3 AC, +8 max dex, -1 ACP and is considered exotic armor.  If you make it masterwork however, the -1 ACP goes to 0.  That would mean there is no reason one would need to be proficient with it, since the ACP is 0 anyway?

Q28: Aside from Natural Bond, are there any other ways to increase your effective Druid level in regard to your Animal Companion?

Bloodlines? Somehow I am guessing that's not what you're looking for.  :D

You could go for some kind of supermount build, also.  :p

A couple of water benders, a dike, a flaming arrow, and a few barrels of blasting jelly?

Stick on arctic for another +2 con.  Yay for LA+0 templates.
Source?
Dragon 306.  Page 62, right above magic-blooded (spark).  -2 penalty to cha as well, plus a few miscellaneous abilities

Q 23 I'm sure the answer's going to be no, but I'm really, really hoping for a yes. Is there anyway for an arcane user to become the back up healer of the party (in my case the main healer) without the Arcane Disciple feat? And you can't say multi-class or prestige into something else, or use wands or rods (they don't exist unless you personally build them).
Spellfire works, provided you can fill to max in downtime, and then replenish it with leftover slots at the end of the day.
Q 24 What book has the unlimited rations box in it? (Although I'm sure it doesn't exist either, I should at least know where it is.)

Q 25 What deity has the most domains to choose from?
Sertrous grants domains as if you're worshiping an ideal, so effectively he grants all of them.

Q29: What exactly can the Abrupt Jaunt (PHB2, wizard ACF) immediate action teleporting protect you against?
   a) Can you avoid a melee attack after it has been declared? If yes, can you avoid it after the attack has been rolled?
   b) Can you avoid an attack or spell targeting you be teleporting to a different space, even if said space is still within range and line of sight/effect for the attack or spell?
   c) Can you avoid a charge attack by teleporting after the charger has moved it before it has attacked you? If you can, how far away do you have to move; out of reach, or just far enough that your new location is no longer lets the charger's location satisfy the criteria of being the closest position to charge to?

a There was a big debate on this a while ago, there was no real resolution as the answer relies on whether you believed that an attack role and a damage role were instantaneous or not.
b. You can definitely dodge attacks using that method and I am not sure about spells.
c. You can and you just need to get to a position where charging no longer works.

Q31: A Dragonborn of Bahamut lists Raptoran as his base race.  Does he retain Flight, or does he need to select the Wings option of Dragonborn to get them back?

Q32: Where can I find a specific definition of "Energy Type". In context, a fellow player has a favored soul and chose Force as their first resistance type, under the logic that it's roughly in the same boat as Fire, Cold, Acid, Sonic, Electricity, and that, unlike the majority of the "choose an energy type" effects/features/spells, the energy resistance entry does not specifically have clause which denotes what the types to choose from are.

A31: According to the Mechanics of Rebirth sidebar on page 10 of Races of the Dragon, a dragonborn of Bahamut retains "original base land speed, as well as any other modes of movement possessed by your original race."  So a raptoran dragonborn gets to keep the wings and choose a draconic aspect.

A32: Force is an energy type, but it is not an element. In D&D, there are 5 types of elemental damage (or maybe 6 if you're in Rokugan). They are fire, acid, electricity, cold, and sonic. I don't know why sonic is considered an element... but it is. I don't remember how the favored soul ability is worded, so I can't say if it is legal or not.

The favored soul's ability uses the wording "a favored soul chooses an energy type" without any other qualifiers and CD's errata is silent on the issue.
