Spoilers to Head of Vecna
The archer can't see the barghest, as he's still invisible, but she tries anyway, and manages to sink one arrow into him. Her rolls all have a 50% miss chance. The second arrow is a natural 1, so we won't roll for it. We'll say 50 and below hit, and 51-100 misses: 1d100=9, 1d100=58
So the second arrow misses due to concealment. The first arrow however hits home.
I'm pretty sure it should be two hits. Tome Zen Archery is cool that way. Zen Archery [Combat]
You are very calm about shooting people in the face. That's a good place to be.
Benefits: This is a combat feat that scales with your Base Attack Bonus.
* +0: You may use your Wisdom Modifier in place of your Dexterity Modifier on ranged attack rolls.
* +1: Any opponent you can hear is considered an opponent you can see for purposes of targeting them with ranged attacks.

Yeah, I'd forgotten that. Both hit. The second one seems to bounce off, though, from what you can tell... not being able to actually see him, and all. Maybe he deflected it somehow? Or maybe he's just freakin' tough.
The barghest is still invisible, so Xuusovic can't target him. (There are no rules for arrows sticking out of people.) Xuusovic can ready an action to hit him with Time Hop, if he wants. Rauol is also readying an action against him, so we'll use initative order to see who's goes off first when he appears. So when/if the barghest appears, Raoul's action will go off (trying to Suggest that the barghest go along with your plans), and then Xuusovic's (Time Hopping him).
Reading more closely, I agree that trying to target a pinpointed invisible creature wouldn't work. But I do think that having visible arrows sticking out of it would serve to pinpoint the Barghest and possibly make the concealment check easier in the same fashion that large size does using Spector's rules of thumb in his Rules of the Game article on invisibility.

Don't worry he'll be visible soon enough.
I don't think I'm going to be flexible on this, though. If you had the Zen Archery feat yourself, you could target him, from the way it is written. But just knowing what square he is in doesn't mean you can target him, and that's all making the Spot check does. Even if you "pinpoint" the creature, he still has 50% concealment and can't be targeted individually. He hasn't even done anything, anyway. Why do you want to kill him so bad?
I'll allow the "bag of flour" thing, if you want to do that in the future. We'll say if you break one open in the same square as them (so you don't have to hit them individually), they're visible until they spend a full round action "patting themselves off", or "recast" their Invisibility. We'll also say it gives a -10 circumstance penalty to Hide checks, which I'm sure some of your party mates won't like. But if we're going to use it, we should make it "fair" for everyone.

The map is updated. Green spots means they're nauseated. Black lines means they're dead. I assumed Xuusovic and his cloaker mount did not want to be enlarged, but I am not sure. If they did, they'll take up a lot more room, but since they're flying this won't matter as far as obstacles.
So I think after all the readied actions and delaying tactics, the
new initiative order is something like this:
Ris-Janna (Init. now 23 from Delaying until after the goblins, but higher Dex)
goblin fighter that attacked the weretiger with readied actions, and all the worgs (all Nauseated except
the worg in the building) 23
barghest 21
Cade 21
Raoul 20
Marlowe 20
Hannavrah, Vampiric Harpy 19
Oggug, Ghoulish Cloaker 18
Oaxool, Vampiric Cloaker 18
Xuusovic 16
Uvorix, Ghoulish Cloaker 14
bard 1 (nauseated) 14Shlurshech, Vampiric Psurlon 12
Siphsis, Vampiric Yuan-ti Halfblood 10
Kaemarah, Ghoulish Green Hag 9
goblin inside the building (not nauseated) 7bard 2 (nauseated) 6
R-Js actions were out of turn as far as posting order, but the in-game resolution should have still been in order.
So it is R-J's turn again, actually... We'll resolve Xuusovic's round 3 action in the proper initiative order once he posts it, but I don't think it is going to make a huge difference about how other people's work out.
I guess I should try and figure out something for Sejanus to do, also... but I don't really want to run another NPC... and I'd also not want to risk him getting killed if I put him in melee while I'm controlling him...
