anyone use a sony e reader?
« on: December 30, 2009, 07:33:29 PM »
my mother in law got one for xmas, and of course ask me for some books..

it supports a handful of formats, epub, lrf, pdf, txt, rtf, html..

off the top i know that txt is gonna be no frills.. rtf, pdf could be problematic...

html will be problematic..

iv used lrf (i think) at work a time or two, but idk for sure.. till i get back to check my inventory of books..

so, has anyone compared functionality/usability of the various format on the e reader?

i assume that other e readers that support the same formats, will have similar issues with each.. but thats a big assumption..
