Since we are on the subject. I had this argument with a player of mine the other day.

Does freedom of movement prevent you from being halted by the stand still feat?

Yes, it does. Also, Thunderlance can be used Two Handed, so that's 18+12*1.5=36. And I'm sure you can add more if you try. Making it CHA based makes getting a higher damage easier, as mine would be doing ~3d6+52, with Marshal 1 added in and so many spells raising CHA (it's 52 without Age, and I could in theory add 2 more from Quori Spirits and one more from a Magical Location if FC2 for a maximum of 58 (+24), and deal 3d6+60).
You can also add CHA as Fire Damage with an item from Dragon Compendium.
Assuming a level of Cleric with Arborea Domain, that's 3d6+84+24 Fire for 1 min/day, and I'm sure there's more I can use if need be.

Read, every day, something no one else is reading. Think, every day, something no one else is thinking. Do, every day, something no one else would be silly enough to do. It is bad for the mind to be always part of unanimity.

You can only multiply Str damage by using a weapon two handed. I don't think the same rule applies with spells that let you use int/cha instead of str.

Why? It says you can Two Hand it.

Right, but two hands or not why would that be the exception to the str multiplying rule which only states that str, not other ability scores, can be multiplied. Give me a good argument otherwise and ill probably cave, I'm not that adamant on the issue.

You use Int/Cha instead of Str for attack and damage. That's why.

They also wouldn't have called it out specifically by saying it can be used two handed if you couldn't.

Soul Crystal, MoI. Because not only does it let you keep some PP over from previous days, you can pull silly things like giving the tanker combat transformation.

Where is combat transformation ?

The Mind's Eye, and I think the SRD.  It grants +4 Enh Str/Dex/Con, +4 Nat AC, +5 comp Fort Saves, proficiency with all simple and martial weapons, and BAB=Character Level, at the loss of all use of powers.  Small matter for the fighter though :P

Yes, it does.

I beg to differ on this, unless it is in a ruling by the Sage?

Stand Still states: -snip- If you hit your foe, he must succeed on a Reflex save against a DC of 10 + your damage roll (the opponent does not actually take damage), or immediately halt as if he had used up his move actions for the round. -snip-

RAW: No-where in the Freedom of Movement (PHB Pg233) spell does it challenge this wording. Stand Still does not say that you are held/grappled, just that your move actions have been used up if you are hit. RAI: could entirely be taken differently and mean that Stand Still does not affect a character with FoM though

But I could very well be wrong   ???

Transformation from the SRD. In the PHB, it's listed under Mordenkainen's Transformation.

It's actually Tenser's transformation.
Hood - My first answer to all your build questions; past, present, and future.

Speaking of which:
Don't even need TO for this.  Any decent Hood build, especially one with Celerity, one-rounds [Azathoth, the most powerful greater deity from d20 Cthulu].
Does it bug anyone else that we've reached the point where characters who can obliterate a greater deity in one round are considered "decent?"

Giant Size and Minute Size are awesome for both buffs and utility. It's really hard to get them on your spell list though. Giant Size is in the Hero Domain at least.

Along those lines, those even make pretty neat scrolls to UMD.
Body out of Body(aka BooB) scroll followed by UMDing Giant Size scrolls with all the clones give you a lot of close combat firepower in pretty little time for melee types.

"Just what do you think the moon up in the sky is? Everyone sees that big, round shiny thing and thinks there must be something round up there, right? That's just silly. The truth is much more awesome than that. You can almost never see the real Moon, and its appearance is death to humans. You can only see the Moon when it's reflected in things. And the things it reflects in, like water or glass, can all be broken, right? Since the moon you see in the sky is just being reflected in the heavens, if you tear open the heavens it's easy to break it~"
