The only item it has is a +5 tome of int. Other than that, no items.
Also, I should note that as compensation for having to work with less optimized players, I let six have half of his levels be Gestalt. He's an Artificer19/Factotum1//Factotum10. And I'm letting Miracle by as good as Wish for Tarrasque slayage.

so, you're giving the group's only min-maxer free power? Maybe you have a really laid back group but, that just sounds like it could be trouble to me. Maybe not, you know your group and I don't.

Anyway on to my real point, which is; is this what your players are looking for? It's an interesting idea to have a psion in a tarrasque but you volunteered to run a tarrasque hunt and this isn't really a tarrasque, just a powerful caster/monster that happens to look like one. If you think your players will be happy with this, more power to you, as I said I don't know them but its something to consider.

To keep it more like a standard tarrasque what about just making it Phrenic, maybe adding Hit Dice (with proportional soze increase) if you want a higher opwered baddie. Phrenic Tarrasque would be scary what with all it's effects being based off hit dice. Just a thought, but, it might be more in keeping with the theme. If you want to pull out something truly unexpected that's up to you, but, it sounds as if this tarrasque you've built will only be toying with the party.
