Phrenic Variants

One thing that bothered me about the phrenic template was that almost all of its psi like abilities were mind effecting and from the telepathy discipline so I decided to try and create a balanced list of psi-like abilities for the different psionic disciplines. Any comments or potential balance changes you could recommend would be welcome. All other abilites from the template are the same besides the psi-like abilites. Mind Phrenic  (Normal)
