I have a rules question: Does detect magic also detect SLAs and Supernatural effects? It seems it doesn't, but I'm not really satisfied with that. Let's say it detects them for now, because the descriptions vaguely suggest non-spell-effects, and both SLAs and Su's definitely state their magical nature... If you disagree with this, ignore the info in the spoiler except for the True sight info.
[Isul:]
ooc: Ah... natural true sight, good of you to mention that...
Isul's spell registered a moderately powerful aura on Drannoth.
[If you make Spellcraft DC20]
The aura was a transmutation effect of Supernatural nature.
Isul's spell registered a second dim residual aura.
[If you make Spellcraft DC35]
The aura was undoubtedly a Transmutation effect of considerable power, again of Supernatural nature, but it's workings had stopped, it was no longer active.
In True Sight, Drannoth looked double-formed: The tentacled mass was super-imposed on his normal Drow form, as was common for subjects of shape-changing magic.

Devanar shook his head.
'I cannot cast Banishment, and I have not prepared Dismissal', he said. 'It may seem like a major oversight when going to fight demons, but if you remember we were attacked while I was preparing my spells this morning.'
