...ethereal exemplar.

Please, what is this?
I believe he meant Ephemeral Exemplar.

And, honestly, it's not very good.
Over three levels you get
+1 BAB / fort/ref
+3 will
4 sp/level... from a list of four skills
+3 to turn resistance and AC
A single feat (not from a list)
a minor enchancement to your spawn

Not worth it.

Reflavoring the levels of ghost as drawing upon the departed spirits of your ancestors for power would work pretty well.

Well it seems I was mistaken, I thought it gave some sort of telekinesis enhancement.

Nah, just ghostly grasp.  Which is a decent feat, but not really worth three levels.

Wilder.
A little bit of social skills, countered by the intentional roleplaying outsider status.
Fewest options, period. Fewest choices too.
Spamming an at level "spell" at least allows a vague sense of competence.
Pick Psi charm at some point, to pull her out of her shell.
