I'd really appreciate any suggestion that you could have regarding this character, either the flavour or the optimization, so feel free to post! In particular, since my DM decided not to let us get stat bonuses from races, I'm looking for a better one. Maybe human would be, too. +0 LA archetypes are *really* welcome if they fit at least a little with the main outfit of the character

If you don't get stats from your race, there is no real reason to do anything but Human or Strongheart Halfling.

Since you already have some cheese, might as well go for dragonwrought kobold with the draconic rituals instead of dragonspawn. Keep Loredrake though. If that's the case, just go for a Swiftblade build.
