No human, dwarf, elf, gnome, or halfling, but it will let you do any other subtype.  I honestly cannot think of any reason why not to allow those subtypes as well.  Let's face it, it can give you the Dragonblood Subtype which has far more benefits than Halfling.
I am constantly amazed by how many DM's ban Tomb of Battle.  The book doesn't even exist!

Sorry to be a party pooper:

1. Jotunbrud says Large, not one size larger, you can't combine it with expansion. Or you could, but only to count as large while being huge I guess.
2. Expansion does not stack with Enlarge Person.

EDIT: Except your DM approved it. Yeah I think I need to read better. Nevermind.
1. Jotunbrud allows you to count as Large, meaning expansion buffs you to Huge, and Touchstone gives you Gargantuan, as you're counted as one size category larger than you actually are.

2. I didn't use enlarge person for a reason.

1. I was pretty sure the touchstone said something like as Enlarge Person except it can target nonhumanoids. Too lazy to check because either way it doesn't work due to this:
"Multiple effects that increase size do not stack"
EDIT: Checked, obviously I was thinking of another touchstone. Nevertheless, this one also has a "doesn't stack with similar effects" thing. Which i'm pretty sure Jotunbrud counts as.

2. Jotunbrud doesn't work that way since "for the effect of spells" is not one of the listed ways you can treat yourself as large.

There is one consolation:

That, to me, is the thing stopping this trick from being RAW.

Shadowcraft mage using shadow illusion to re-create that "fragile disk" conjuration spell, not sure of the name.  Spell Thematics to make them cookies.

Who needs Spell Thematics? Just reflavor the spell. You don't need to waste a feat for +2 to Spellcraft checks.

I remember a FR spell called Delicate Disk or something that could hold spells. Kinda large for a cookie, but the concept was brilliant.

Now I just need to find a way to get the [human] subtype as a kobold.

I guess there's always polymorph/metamorphosis into a half-elf and psychic reformation to retrain my first level feat to give it to me, but I want this doable RAW (and without houserules) at level 1.

I suppose I could play a kobold wizard, sell my spellbook, then retrain my level (or just use it for enlarge person), but I don't want to do it that way.

[edit] Ah! It's half a decade later, but Rubik from GiantItP suggested the Human Heritage feat! It totally works.
