Q163: Is there any way for Psychic Warriors to gain access to Mantles?
The mantled warrior variant works. http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/psm/20070214a

Play in a non-FR game so they aren't regional.

edit: DCFS, as well.

They don't/haven't, was the point. 3.5 is as dead as people not liking nice tits.

Sometimes, their tits (3.5) get enhancements (houserules), but that doesn't mean people don't like nice tits.

Though sometimes, the surgeon (DM) botches them pretty bad...

DCFS, as well.

While I'm not opposed to using DCFS, how does it remove the restriction of only one regional feat per character?

You can only take one regional feat. It says nothing about possessing multiple of them, only that a character may only take 1 regional feat, and they must be taken at 1st level. Both things that DCFS bypasses, especially as they aren't actual prereqs for the feats.

Thing is, when swapping a feat with Shun, you need to qualify for that thing, and I don't think you qualify for a Regional feat if you already have a Regional feat...

(I'll have to double-check Regional feats, but Shun definitely mentions having to qualify for the new feat).

Prereq on the regional feats never mentions only having one. That's a limiter to the [Regional] tag for taking them at first, and since they can only be taken at first, something DCFS can bypass iirc...

Q 162

Is there an item which always gives you Quick Draw or similar, rather than for a single weapon like Crystal of Returning does? How it does this doesn't matter, I just need to get a weapon into my hand as a free or swift action. I don't need to specifically 'draw' it for Iaijutsu Focus or anything.

No, because it is not a spell.  It does, however, work on Create Undead and its greater version.
I am constantly amazed by how many DM's ban Tomb of Battle.  The book doesn't even exist!

[q]166[/q]  JaronK talks about always being prepared for low level dungeon trawls with a pound of Lard and two live chickens.  Where can  find the rules/costs for these?  (I found marbles in A&EG)

A 166, don't know about the lard, but a chicken is 2 cp, PH 112

Q 167: I remember reading about a weapon with a ring slot built in, from what source is that?

Q 168: Is there any DnD master spell list that is complete?
A player once asked me if there was any way to make a Tarrasque more evil... 3 sessions later he was stoned with D20s as the PC led an exidus out of the path of a Dire Tarrasque of Legendary Wonder.

A166: Lard is either AE&G or Dungeonscape.

Q 168: Is there any DnD master spell list that is complete?

Short answer, no. This is the best one I know of, but it's not perfect.

Least Crystal of Return?
No, I specifically mentioned no least Crystal of Return, as I want it for all weapons if possible. However, thinking it over twice it may still be the best choice. Wand Baracelet and Cloak of Weaponry seem to be closes to what I wanted, but also have their own limitations.

Plus, a Least crystal will work as long as the weapon is MW, and is much cheaper than either of those other two options.

Yeah, that's the main draw. In the end, I probably won't have so many weapons that it isn't still cheaper to get a crystal for each one.

What's your level? And what sort of weapons are you trying to draw?

The reason I ask is that if you can reliably make a DC 30 Sleight of Hand check, you can draw/hide a light weapon or most one-handed ranged weapons as a free action. Normally the check is DC 10 to do it as a standard action, but you can take a -20 penalty to your check (effectively +20 DC) to attempt it as a free action instead.
