Q 149Does any book out there, at all, develop or explore hobgoblins beyond "mean hairy militant humanoids", possibly even with height/weight/age tables? Some Eberron splat, maybe?
A152: The druid variant Druidic Avenger might be a decent starting point.

Just sucks to lose the animal companion and spontaneous summoning, but that's not too bad of a trade.Q153: Now, is there a way to regain a fully-leveled Animal Companion? Wild Cohort is close, but doesn't provide the Share Spells ability. A one-level dip in Beastmaster gets you 4 levels-worth of animal companionship, and Natural Bond could boost that to 7, but at that point it would be better to just be a Barb 1/Druid 19 with the extra rage feat...

You're a quick thinker and spiteful, I can respect that. You won't be killed, Bikke
Q 154: What templates (LA+2 or less) increase charisma and wisdom the most?
Quote from: Vinom on December 14, 2009, 12:34:39 AMQ 154: What templates (LA+2 or less) increase charisma and wisdom the most?Probably Half-fey (FF). Half-fey is +4 Cha (and maybe +2 Wis?), and is only +1 LA. I think Saint (BoED) might give +2 Wis, but that might be +2 LA; can't remember of the top of my noggin.

Phrenic is also good for similar reasons.

Q155 Is there any item that grants a bonus to all Knowledge checks, or all Int Checks?
A 155Well, you could probably get the DM to accept a Circle of Persuasion variant that gives bonuses to Int checks instead of Cha checks.
Q156 The bluff bonus from feycraft is untyped; do multiple feycraft items grant the bonus?
A gygaxian dungeon is like the world's most messed up game show. Behind door number one: INSTANT DEATH! Behind door number 2: A magic crown! Behind door number 3: 4d6 giant bees, and THREE HUNDRED POUNDS OF HONEY!
Quote from: McPoyo on March 30, 2010, 05:13:33 PMThey don't/haven't, was the point. 3.5 is as dead as people not liking nice tits.Sometimes, their tits (3.5) get enhancements (houserules), but that doesn't mean people don't like nice tits.Though sometimes, the surgeon (DM) botches them pretty bad...Best metaphor I have seen in a long time. I give you much fu.
