[Cool] Dungeons and Dragons: The Opera
« on: October 23, 2009, 08:42:05 PM »
Like role-playing games?
Like musical theatre?
Looking for a way to combine the two?

I present Dungeons and Dragons: The Opera. Tripod, the unashamedly geeky Australian musical comedy trio, will be giving us a satirical, but ultimatley affectionate, take on D&D and the kinds of people who play it, along with their usual amazing performances and madcap comedy.

For those of you who find Melbourne, Australia conveniently accessible, book with the Arts Centre, whise site is through the above link. Shows are on from the 8th to the 11th of November, so seats are strictly limited. If Australia's a bit far away for you, keep your eyes peeled, as the show is touring the USA in the new year.
I know gameology-fu.

I'm definitely going to check it out when it comes to the U.S. next year.
