psychic warrior 3.5

hi guys/galz
im looking to make an attack based character with decent AC to go toe to toe with some scary mofos :P
we're starting at lvl 3
any tips suggestions or w.e would be great
although i am going with aasimar
and i got great sword m/w
thinking chain mail
although this first time using something like this usually i got druid/assassin/ranger
looking forward to hearing from any of you :D  :beathorse

hey thnx for your help got a couple ideas out of there i might use
def want that ability to take abilities from other class' without cross classing lol

You may feel like playing something similar, say ...
Feat Rogue 2 / PsyWar 8 / SRD Slayer 10
max out Search and be the middling skill monkey, and more combat oriented.
PHB2 retrain an unneeded feat into Track at level 11, to qualify for Slayer.

ok this is what i got so far
level : 3
race: Mul (half human/dwarf) +2 Str +4 Con
class : psychic warrior
Str : 18 +6
Dex: 16 +3
Con: 14 +6
Int : 16 +3
Wis: 10 -
Cha: 8  -

HP : 30
AC : 20

Great Sword +8 2d6+4 with an extra 2d6 with one of my abilities
Composite LongBow +8 1d8+2
ChainMail
Protection Ring +2 AC

Dark Vision +30 ft
+4 racial bonus to physical actions(swim,climb etc)

Feats:
-Psyonic meditation(move action con check)
-Weapon Focus(+1 to attack rolls)
-Wall Walk
-Psyonic Weapon(+2d6)

Languages
-Common
-Dwraven
-Giant
-Gith

Spells
-Force Screen +4 AC (Temp)

i do not have everything figured out yet
especially for my spells/abilities
so anything you can think of the would aid in this build would be great =)

Psychic Warrior Powers are based off Wis, not Int.  You'll want to switch those.

Were you taking Weapon Focus as a prerequisite for something else or just because?

no particular reason im just looking to build an offensive powerhouse with some neat tricks :P
shoot didnt even notice the int - wis lol  :wall

Expansion is an excellent power, with a spiked chain (trade weapon focus for EWP: spiked chain) you can threaten a 20' radius.

ok thank you for all your help everyone ive gotten my abilities done
ive decided to go with
-Psionic Lion charge which allows me another full attack after the initial charge attack(pretty intense since ill be hitting on the charge with (2d6+4+2d6+4) woot >;)
-Vampiric Blade since ill be in the enemies face constantly ill be gaining life while i strike them which could come in pretty handy
-Inertial Armor +4 AC

Hood - My first answer to all your build questions; past, present, and future.

Speaking of which:
Don't even need TO for this.  Any decent Hood build, especially one with Celerity, one-rounds [Azathoth, the most powerful greater deity from d20 Cthulu].
Does it bug anyone else that we've reached the point where characters who can obliterate a greater deity in one round are considered "decent?"
