Q21: Why does it seem people can't differentiate what I think from how I feel?

well -- that depends ....
how we feel about things is derived from what we think of them (and how we have come to identify those things and what we have come to identify with).
as such, if you feel a certain way about a "thing", then that is indicative of what your thoughts are of them -- which is representative of our experience with those things.
conversely, if you have certain thoughts on a "thing", then, naturally, those thoughts generally lead to a certain set of feelings about that thing.
conclusion -- thoughts and feelings are often inter-related.
does that make any sense, or did I just miss the entire point of the question?
