Q158If my Druid gets a domain which gives him an ability based on cleric levels, can he use that ability?

Does he instead use Druid levels? Or even contemplative levels (i.e. 1)?
A158: Technically?  No.  In reality?  Talk to your DM.

Q 159 What spells are uncapped in their caster level based effects besides maw of chaos, wings of flurry, and gate?

Animate Dead, but only in respect to controlled totals and creating Dragon skellies/zombies.
I am constantly amazed by how many DM's ban Tomb of Battle.  The book doesn't even exist!

It's a little fuzzy - there are a couple of statements that could be read as it being based off your druid level, but it's pretty much a DM judgment call.

Q 160: If a Kobold with 2 claw attacks and 1 bite attack would cast fist of stone, would he be able to full attack with 2 primary claw attacks, 1 bite secondary attack AND a slam secondary attack ? Or does he lose a claw attack in exchange to the slam attack ?

A 160: Typically slams take up one or both of a creature's arms, and a creature can only make a single type of attack with each limb; so you would have to sacrifice the claw for the slam, unless otherwise stated.

However, I cannot recall where (or if) the one attack type per limb is clearly stated.

Q161: Can a Warforged be a boneknight and if so how would Bonecraft Armor work?

A 161 the unambiguous way to resolve this would be to take the "No Body" feat at level 1.   Alas, that costs a feat and is not CO friendly.

You could also be a dragonborn. That gets rid of your composite plating, as well as gives you a bunch of awesome benefits. The wording is contradictory, but I think you'd keep your living construct type and just gain the dragonblooded subtype.

A 162  SRD does not list telepathy as mind affecting.  Huh, who would have guessed?

The lesser version of that spell, however, is mind-affecting.  I was hoping there was a sage answer or FAQ statement about it somewhere, as it seems to be unclear.

Q164 Is there a way to make the Ordained champion's smite ability a free action? Looking to be able to smite multiple times a round (preferably on all attacks) but current wording is spend a turn attempt as a swift action to make next melee attack a smite.
Clerics and Druids are like the 4 and 2 in 42. Together they are the answer to the ultimate question in D&D.
Retire the character before the DM smacks you with the Table as the book will feel totally inadequate now.-Hazren

Q165:
Are manuvers taken for martial classes independently of each other, or do they 'overlap'?

I have levels in Crusader and white raven tactics.
A) If I take a level in Warblade, can I ready white raven tactics (my Crusader manuvers)?

B) If not, can I use a cursader white Raven strike (battle leaders charge) to meet the pre-requisites for taking white raven tactics as a Warblade manuver?

C) If also not, can I take the requisite and white raven tactics as Warblade manuvers and use them multiple times in a battle? (i.e from Warblade and Crusader)

Option B.  You can't ever have more than one "copy" of a maneuver known.
