Q 77: What methods are there for a creature gaining some form of invisibility as an at will spell-like ability?  The only ones I know of are 6 levels of Warlock and the Primordial Giant template (must be a giant).

Gaining invisibility, not already having it.

Hmm... the evolved undead template grants SLAs, but I don't remember if they are at-will. I'd guess no...

Q 78: Suppose you placed the Beast of Xvim template on an Eneko (similar to a half-giant), which is a Giant, but has no racial HD.  The Beast of Xvim template gives +1 HD to the creature, thus granting the Eneko a giant HD.  How would one determine the skills that are considered class skills for that HD?

Q76 is there anything similar to Companion Spellbond that would work for psicrystals and/or familiars?

A76: There is some feat from Dragon that works for familiars, but to a range of 1 mile, but I don't recall its name or issue number.

It's called Enspell Familiar. I think it was in 325 or whichever issue it was with the 'getting familiar' article that had the hummingbird familiar. It's also in the Dragon Compendium, and I'm pretty sure it's in the Feat Index on Crystal Keep for 3.5.

Repeat of my earlier question(s)-

I swear I did a google for this, and read through the ToB cust-serv questions and ToB compilation before asking.

Q72: How does the crown of white ravens and associates work for multi-class martial adepts?

1. Are the granted maneuvers just considered maneuvers known for one class, or for all classes, or for just the ones with a high enough IL (for high level maneuvers)?
2. Are the granted maneuvers automagically readied, or do they take up one of your 'readied' slots? (I assume you have to ready them in a slot, at least this is what I'm gathering from the 'add to maneuvers known' text in the description. It's just the fact that it also uses the term 'granted' which is the same term used to describe readied and available maneuvers for crusader's that's throwing me off.)
3. Like learning maneuvers, can maneuvers from different adept classes cover the pre-requisites of the maneuver from the item? (I assume that's a yes since actual maneuvers and martial study work that way.)

I can just err on the side of caution with them, but I only just read the entry for the items 2 nights ago, and would like to get the opinion from people that have actually used them in play for a while before I go acting as rules-lawyer for it in my groups.

Q 79: When trying to determine the CR of an opponent that normally has an Level Adjustment, but not a Challenge Rating (such as a Goliath), how does the LA factor in?  Would a 1st level Goliath Barbarian be a CR 1 encounter?

Found an answer myself.  Races of Stone lists all sample goliath characters at a CR 1 higher than their class levels; thus one can infer that at least in this case +1 LA also means +1 CR.

A79: There is no way to extrapolate CR from LA.  However, it is possible to extrapolate CR from sample NPCs with listed CR.  A 1st level goliath barbarian is CR 2, as noted on page 181 of Races of Stone.  In general, the CR of a goliath NPC would be class levels + 1.

I don't think non-combatant classes or classes that don't benefit from Powerful Build  should get that +1 CR. Something like a Goliath Mage 15 or a Goliath Aristocrat.

Q80 Where are the rules for using the Dragonmarked PrC's out of the Eberron setting book without action points? (DM is running Eberron without action points and i'm interested in Heir of Siberys) I know I have seen them somewhere but can't find where that adaptation is.
Clerics and Druids are like the 4 and 2 in 42. Together they are the answer to the ultimate question in D&D.
Retire the character before the DM smacks you with the Table as the book will feel totally inadequate now.-Hazren

A81: Divine Metamagic substitutes the costs for turn attempts. Arcane Thesis (PH2) reduces all metamagic for one spell by 1. Metamagic Song (RoS) Use bardic music to pay costs. There are more but i'm blanking right now and can't find them easily.

Practical Metamagic, and Easy Metamagic, but I forget exactly how they work, and where they are from. I think one is Races of the Dragon, and one is Dragon Magazine.

With both of them, you select a single metamagic feat that isn't heighten spell and has an adjustment of at least +2. With that selected metamagic feat, you reduce the metamagic cost by 1. Practical metamagic requires sorcerer or spontaneous casting, whereas easy does not, but otherwise, they're practically identical in wording. I think practical is actually from Dragon Magic, but I get it and RotD mixed up all the time, so I ain't sure. Easy is indeed from dragon magazine, the index on crystal keep has the issue listing for it.

Halruaan Elder, from Shining South is another class that allows you to decrease some metamagic costs.
