It would be nice to try to incorporate Kouk's "Weapons of Legacy" Fix into this handbook. Mostly for the analysis of each level and estimates the cost of each slot he has. This helps when your wanting to add something from MIC or other splat book to your Legacy item but have very little comparison.

Weapons of Legacy + Magic Item Compendium also has the same kind of comparison but with reference to Item Levels from MIC.

I've got a question regarding the "character level" for legacy weapons. Is that ECL? Or is it based off of HD? Because Blackrazor would be a scary weapon in the hands of a blackguard death knight. Doesn't say you have to be alive to wield it, and it's got +5 LA. Negative levels mean very little to undead.
I reject your reality, and substitute my own.

No, always. Effective Character Level is LA+HD. Character Level is only Hit Dice. Note that "Hit Dice", without any qualifiers, means any hit dice, including from class.
It's all about vision and making reality conform to your vision. By dropping a fucking house on it.

This makes me grateful for house rules then. Otherwise my group would have been hosed last cycle. 24th level and 16 HD, But fully powered weapons.

What are the chances that this handbook will go into Epic legacy weapon discussion?

Heh. Count your blessings, I suppose. :P

Slim, most likely. Perhaps unfortunately, not many people bother with epic for various reasons.

Crimson Ruination (+4 frost keen dragon bane greatsword)
-Good greatsword for a dragon hunter, lose -3 to will and 20HP.  Drawbacks are easily overcome by a barbarian-type
I know this is basically necromancy, but this was bugging me. It's a greatsword that makes you take a -3 to your skill checks, not your Will save.

It's a handbook, thee's no thread necromancy.
A gygaxian dungeon is like the world's most messed up game show.

Behind door number one: INSTANT DEATH!
Behind door number 2: A magic crown!
Behind door number 3: 4d6 giant bees, and THREE HUNDRED POUNDS OF HONEY!
They don't/haven't, was the point. 3.5 is as dead as people not liking nice tits.

Sometimes, their tits (3.5) get enhancements (houserules), but that doesn't mean people don't like nice tits.

Though sometimes, the surgeon (DM) botches them pretty bad...
Best metaphor I have seen in a long time.  I give you much fu.
Three Errata for the Mage-kings under the sky,
Seven for the Barbarian-lords in their halls of stone,
Nine for Mortal Monks doomed to die,
One for the Wizard on his dark throne
In the Land of Charop where the Shadows lie.
