Overwhelmed by gestalt! Psionics and Factotum!

Hey guys, I'm trying to build a character for my first gestalt game and the possibilities are a little overwhelming.  I'm building a character with a theme of mastery of time and space.  Its a work-in-progress, but this is what I've got so far.  Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Power selection would be similar to chrono-legionnaire.  I'm still working on feats, but I'm allowed 2 flaws.

I was gonna ask if my DM would allow those PrC's to progress the factotum's spell-like-ability casting, though I guess getting normal wizard casting might be better.

I liked the flavor, its easy to qualify for, and it seemed more interesting than more nomad levels.  I thought about doing slayer instead, but I don't really need the BAB.

Dodge and mobility might help too...  
Otherwise, yes, most of my indecision is figuring out how many times I want to take FoI.

take it as many times as you can. psion1 nets you the psicrystal, and the two flaws get you dodge and mobility. assuming human, you can also  take overchannel at first(assuming you want it).

Other feats I was considering: linked power, EK (schism), psionic meditation, practiced spellcaster (assuming I added a wizard level).

what you should do, is ask yourself "when am I going to use this feat? is it really really useful, or just marginally useful?"  then grab whatever feats you feel you need. fill the rest up with FoI. when picking a non-FoI feat, compare its gain to how many extra standard actions per encounter you could have gotten instead.
