How about a good ol' Bard 20. nice buffs in-class, and glibness to ensure that you're never caught (Of course I didn't steal your jewels. Oh, this? I bought it with my inheritance!)
Not to derail a perfectly legitimate idea, but if going the bard route, that just screams for Snowflake Wardance and Sublime Chord
And dragonfire inspiration / knowledge devotion.
