Only other one tried to tear ass out of here after we got free instead of going for the gear with me. Guess you guys didn't see him. He may have been able to get away, i hope so.

"Didn't we just sit in our camp, while those cannibals killed that guy? He's the one who said, 'help, us.' right? " the child standing near Bones asked. The Kid poked at one of the fresh cannibal's corpses absently. "Right?"

"A grizzly in the jungles of South America?  That was no bear."

"yeah but, that's the only thing it could have been, couldn't it?" finally managing to pry his hands off of his gun he jogs up to the rest of the group

"I mean it was big sure but... uh, oh come on no way was that a god damned monster! no fucking way" he looks up reaching Bones' elbow,

"who's this?"

Bones turned to face the dark haired stranger. "We just pulled your bacon out of a cannibal cookpot, how's about an introduction fella, and perhaps an explanation on how you came to find yourself in this predicament?" Bones inquired.

"Pingo. You and a couple of the boys, make sure no man eaters are creeping up on us?"

I'm mighty appreciative of the help too. Like I said the name is Mal. How I got here well that right there is a story in itself. The short version is I was working security for a group of missionaries and these fine gentlemen, waves his hand toward the bodies strewn about the battlefield, decided to invite us over for dinner one night. If what the kid said about hearing them kill someone then I'm the only person left out of the group. Mal's voice tapers off as he finishes speaking with the end being almost inaudible.

Pingo looks around and shrugs, then wanders off his wounds causing him to grimace. He climbs two stairs up to get a better vantage point and takes a look around.
What do I need for a heal check? If I don't have a kit can I just clean and bandage my wounds right? I'll take a negative for not having the kit is what the rules say I think.

Listening half-heartedly to Mal's story, and not really caring what it is since he's obviously not a nazi, Eisen's mind turns once again towards security. Following Pingo up, Eisen gives a light chuckle. "You were quite vicious in that fight, Pingo. I mus admit, I was not expecting much of you, blindly because of your race. You have proven me wrong, and I respect you more than many other men. It is good to fight with you." Maybe a little harder than he had to, he gives Pingo a warm smack on the back, chuckling a bit more as he continues up the stairs, looking out as far into the darkness as he can to spot anything that looks like a disturbance. His ears on the jungle, he wants to know if the roaring of guns attracted any unneeded attention.

Richard doesn't particularly care about the man's story, and he also knows that the cannibals are long gone.  He goes to investigate where the creature was, seeing if he could learn something about it.

Pingo nods respectfully back to Eisen and tightens his jaw as the man slaps his back a bit too hard. The wounds sting but Pingo ignores them and quickly signs back to Eisen, "More fight to come. I fight alongside you till death". As the sharp eyed fighter heads up the stairs Pingo relaxes, if anything is out there, Eisen would most likely see it. With that in mind Pingo sits down and begins cleaning and bandaging his wounds.
My Treat is a four but I have no kit so I receive a negative five, thus I'll just roll a d20 and minus 1. (1d20=18)

Ha! 17, got it.

1d4=3 Bandaged up, good to go.
It is night. You currently find yourself amidst the overgrown Mayan ruins. Death lay all around you. Human remains, leftovers of the cannibal feast. Dead cannibals still lay where they had been felled.

A half mile to the south, your party's camp and packmules and gear is being watched by Esteban, a semi retarded fellow who has been left alone now for some time.
And El Abuelo is out there in the night. Somewhere.

Each of you, tell me your characters actions.
Sorry for the delay :embarrassed
After the beast has turned tail John performs a sweep of the perimeter making sure no cannibals remain and that the creature, whatever it was, isn't lurking in the shadows somewhere nearby.
In case it's necessary:

Spot: 25
After returning and noticing the last bit of daylight disappearing he has a sudden moment of clarity after the adrenaline has worn of and calls out to Eisen: "Hey Eisen, want to help me bring Esteban and the mules over here? That poor guy is pretty much all by his lonesome right now, and we don't know where El Abuelo... or whatever that thing was... is right now."
"Weakness? Come test thy mettle against me, hairless ape, and we shall know who is weak!"

Pingo hops down from the pyramid, step by step and lands with a slight wince at the bottom. Hopefully he would get some rest soon and real medical attention. In the mean time, he would have to push on. For the tongueless savage that would be no problem. As John calls out to Eisen about grabbing their gear Pingo walks up to John and begins to sign some basic sign, hoping John will catch on: "I'll go with you guys".

The jungle was unusually quiet after their fight. Or maybe it was just that he was getting used to this hell. In spite of it, he hears John calling, and remembers that one of their comrades is still out there in the night, probably shitting himself as to what just happened. "I'm coming, let's get him fast." As he descends from his perch on the pyramid, he calls out, "Doctor! Now that we're here, what do we do?" His gun ready, he nods to John and Pingo, walking into the jungles to get their last comrade.

Dr. Loder bandages each of the wounded men in turn, working as quickly and efficiently as possible despite the poor light.  It didn't help matters that his hands were still shaking after the encounter with El Abuelo.
Pingo, take a free additional 3 HPs of healing as I am feeling benevolent, atm.
They jungle seems to be getting back to it's typical noise of tree frogs and insects cricketting away in the deep miles of growth around you.

This temple ruins seems a bit foreboding now, as they dead lay about. The cannibals still unfinished meals of victims still stretched out on stakes where chunks of cookoed flesh had been cleaved off.

As Eisen and John begin to leave off to retrieve their comrade Esteban and the pack mules...

They catch a glimpse of auburn red hair in the darkness of a thick bush.
Jace, do you mean a single patch of fur, like hairs ripped from a creature's fur hanging on a branch or something; or a patch of fur, like we see a glimpse of an actual creature? I'm sorry, but it's not quite clear to me right now.
Deciding that the remaining savage must be with the group of men Rose steps from the concealing brush and collapses in a heap to the ground. Covered in mud and scrapes, hair a tangled mess, ragged and exhausted. Between gasps for breath she manages, "Oh thank God."
Hope orange is ok as a color, not sure what everyone else had. If not I will modify the post with a different color. Going to start myself off fatigued since she has been likely harried for days by cannibals and monstrous rumblings.
