I'm still really looking forward to running my first game in two years.  Also, I've been making good progress on my side project.

Back home after a long (though admittedly fun) vacation and the dog is overjoyed to see us. Will not let us out of her sight. (We're pretty damn excited to see her too. ;) )

Holy crap, liver is delicious. I must've been right about being low on iron, usually it falls squarely in the "meh" region of food. Must take care not to overdose on Vitamin A, though...

This qualifies as awesome because I have a log of Braunschweiger now, which is an amazing lunchmeat/sandwich spread if you like liver.
So you end up stuck in an endless loop, unable to act, forever.

In retrospect, much like Keanu Reeves.

I get to go camping at Ludington tomorow!  We're only going overnight, but this is probably a good thing, because we're taking our daughter with us, and I imagine it will be a learning experience for all of us.

My education is only aimed at biology from this point on (not that I do not mind some geo-ecology, but it is simply not that fun) and I found myself a copy of Oriental Adventures for a low price the other day!

I found vids of my Taiko performance.

Oroshi (not my favorite song-I cringe whenever I watch this video) Whatever. I'm just happy the run (the ending part of the song) didn't turn out too badly. Our previous practices before the performance had been horrendous. Our teachers were so impressed with us afterwards. They said they'd never seen such a good Oroshi before. That made me happeh.
Hahaha! Aaaaaand I just found the 08 video of Oroshi. They weren't too bad considering there were a ton of people playing. Even so, they were going in a straight line. That makes it easier when it's time to do the run.
Whatever.

I think we all did well doing that stinkin' song. It's scary as balls up there on stage. I'm just happy that we all remembered what we were supposed to do.

Here's the video ofSuwatte. This is one of my FAVORITE songs (along with Fushu, which I'm currently learning). I was so excited when my teachers let me play suwatte style with the intermediate group. I'm the one on the far left.  :D

Playing up there was soooo much fun. I can't wait for Hatsume!

People usually think that I've lost my mind. I haven't lost it, I know exactly where it is: the gutter.

My body is a temple. That is why I make chocolate sacrifices in it every day.

I was under the impression you'd only have to watch it when eating polar bear liver or something analogous..

Well, the maximum recommended amount is a bit under 4 times the maximum recommended amount, and beef liver has 400% the recommended daily value in each serving. Even that's not enough to do anything, unless you eat it frequently, which I plan to do. So basically you only have to worry about it with specific species' livers, or if you're eating lots of liver frequently.
So you end up stuck in an endless loop, unable to act, forever.

In retrospect, much like Keanu Reeves.
