Adamantine! I've struck Adamantine! Wow, it was inside the sea of magma, a twisting, warped pillar of gleaming adamantine. The thing is there's this new type of rock called "semi-molten rock" you can't dig through at all. The whole bottom of the magma sea is coated with it, so I haven't been able to dig below the bottom of the magma sea anywhere... and then I got a crazy wonderful idea. Dig down through the pillar of adamantine! Surely there's no semi-molten rock at the bottom of that sucker!

Shulmik was a forgotton beast. It was the only one of its kind. A gigantic humanoid composed of mud. It has four long, curving horns and it has a bloated body. Beware its poisonous gas! Shulmik was associated with torture and caverns.

Epo Washperplexes was a forgotten beast. It was the only one of its kind. A huge squirrel twisted into humanoid form with external ribs. It has a gaunt appearance. Its dark peachy hair is patchy. Beware its deadly blood! Epo was associated with water, treachery, and caverns.

Ametha Gorgecaves the Ripe Coast was a savanna titan. It was the only one of its kind. A gigantic rhinoceros composed of clear glass. It has wings and it moves deliberately. Beware its poisonous sting! Ametha was associated with rivers, plants, nature, and animals

Og oggon Ngathsesh "Og the Vomit of Puke"
Og the Vomit of Puke was a forgotten beast. It was the only one of its kind. A great turtle with external ribs. It has two long, spiral horns and it has a bloated body. Its chocolate scales are oval-shaped and overlapping. Beware its noxious secretions! Og was associated with water, nightmares and caverns.

Well shit the underground is deadly now. I breach a nice big cavern, build a stairway down, fortify a small area completely so my dwarves have somewhere to farm and just as the mason is finishing a troll charges out from outside the map, runs into a giant spider web, is obliterated by the giant spider and five minutes later I notice the giant spider itself is now in about five hundred bits spread across pretty much the entire visible area.

Guys, guys, I found a great underground sea.
IT'S ON TOP OF A GREAT MAGMA SEA.
I plan on draining one into the other, how do I record!?
Edit: I think I found out how, but this could be great.
i plan on draining the sea on top of an adamantine pillar, turning its surroundings into obsidian so that I can mine out the whole thing.

Tunneling through three underground ecosystems, each more terrifying than the last, I came across a magma sea. Spears of Adamantine stood out in this boiling ocean. Of course, I built a bridge over there and started harvesting the precious metal.
One tap and I found that the spears were hollow. Inside was a deep shaft, and far, far below was a boiling swarm of horrifying monsters. All of them looked up, and started flying.
Moments later the fortress was a burning wreck, crawling with all manner of awful abominations from the underworld.
One of the horrors was a being composed of sentient flame. It really hurt when it tried to give me hugs.

Sedme Sengoxut, "Sedme the Unholy Shafts"
Sedme the Unholy Shafts was a forgotten beast. It was the only one of its kind. An enormous one-eyed spider. It has a broad shell and it undulates rhythmically. Its lemon exoskelton is wrinkled. Beware its poisonous bite!

My mom actually had sinus surgery done by a woman called Lourdes Martelo (her last name means Hammer). It wasn't a good job.
