Lots of marks, 26 AC, 95 HP, 13 surges? I think I got it covered. (Although I can already feel the strikerishness)

26 AC? Bah. I've got a 28, and I'm wearing cloth armor. :P
Funny thing: My AC would actually go down - a lot - if I were to pick up a shield.

Bitch, please. I've got a 31 ;)

(now if only my Ref and Will were as good as yours :P)

EDIT: AC might go down to 30, if Rufei approves my requested Dragon Magazine stuff :)

Subforum requested. I still can't approve of anything since I don't have the materials (the friend isn't on yet).

Can I get an updated listing of all the players? And if possible, the stuff that people are requesting?

And if possible, the stuff that people are requesting?

This is the stuff I'd like to make use of for my Bugbear :)

One item and two Paragon feats:
Quote
Periapt of Cascading Health Level 10+
Adventurers feel a little more confident fighting dragons
with this bauble in their possession.
Lvl 10 +2 5,000 gp Lvl 25 +5 625,000 gp
Lvl 15 +3 25,000 gp Lvl 30 +6 3,125,000 gp
Lvl 20 +4 125,000 gp
Item Slot: Neck
Enhancement: Fortitude, Reflex, and Will
Power (Encounter): Minor Action. You end one condition
that a save can end.
Level 20 and 25: You gain a +2 power bonus to all other
saving throws you make this turn.
Level 30: Whenever you end a condition with this
power, you ignore aftereffects that condition has.

Quote
Prime Punisher
Prerequisites: 11th level, Prime Shot class feature
Benefit: If no other ally is adjacent to an enemy
you are adjacent to, for melee attacks against that
enemy, you receive any bonuses you gain while using
your Prime Shot class feature.

Quote
Called Shot
Prerequisite: Prime Shot class feature
Benefit: Whenever you successfully hit a target
against whom you received your Prime Shot bonus,
your attack deals an additional 5 damage.
Shouldn't be too much to ask with Hybrid rules already approved, right? ;)

I'll have to compare it with everyone else's characters. The goal isn't to balance you with what normally would happen in terms of character builds, it's to balance you with everyone else (so that there are no intra-party discrepancies).

It is far more powerful (those two feats) than most feats I've seen, so if someone ends up not optimizing much, I'll have to say no. (So yes, help others optimize you bloody bastard.)

Also, psion and monk are approved.

According to Venn, this is the current roster:

Quote
Bowen: Bugbear Ranger/Fighter (Presumably Striker focused)
Alterform: Elf Tempest Fighter-m/c-Ranger (Defender, Presumably Striker focused)
Risada: Shielding Swordmage? (Defender)
Agita: Avenger (Striker)
Dither: Tactical Warlord (Leader)

Players who have expressed interest but who are not yet committed either to the game or to a character:
PI: Psion (tentative, depending on DM fiat)
Nanshork
arch.arc

Any discrepancies?

EDIT: Current Games post posted. The roster will change, of course.

I actually grabbed the Periapt of Cascading Health for my character as well (didn't check the source in the char builder), so I'll be waiting on a yes/no for it as well.

I'll allow it. Per encounter is powerful, but I will also throw at you guys a good amount of those status effects.

Be prepared. :)

Also, there seem to be a total of 8 potential players. This is a problem considering 3 of them may or may not join. Up until 7 players, I can handle things. But anywhere past that requires multiple parties.

So I'll need you guys to decide on (and stick to) a plan. Are we doing two parties of 4? Or one party of <8?

The updated list of confirmed players seems to be:
Bowen: Bugbear Ranger/Fighter (Primary Striker)
Alterform: Elf Tempest Fighter-m/c-Ranger (Defender/Striker)
Risada: Githyanki Shielding Swordmage (Defender)
Agita: Avenger (Striker)
Dither: Bravura Warlord (Leader)
VennDygrem: Githyanki Artificer (Leader)

Others have dropped out, or mentioned withdrawing should there be too many players.

We currently have no dedicated Controller, though the two leaders can provide some level of Control, as can the other classes to some extent.

If we split up, I may have to switch builds, as Artificer is a great secondary leader, but its healing isn't quite powerful enough for primary.
-----------------------------
My requested Dragon Mag things are Focused Expertise, from the Monk article (helps me reduce items held at a time by applying expertise bonus to an item used as both a weapon and implement, something that is particularly common to Artificers), and the following things from the White Lotus Academy article (Dragon 374):

Heroic Tier feat:
Quote
White Lotus Riposte:
  Prerequisite: Any arcane class
  Benefit:

Artificer level 1 daily power:
Quote
Punishing Eye        Artifcer Attack 1
An arcane construct of an eye appears in the air, revealing
your enemies and striking them when they show weaknesses.

Daily ? Arcane, Conjuration, Implement, psychic
Standard Action  ranged 5
effect: You conjure an eye in a square within range. It
lasts until the end of the encounter. Enemies within 3
squares of the eye do not benefit from concealment,
and when an ally attacks an enemy within 3 squares
of the eye and hits, that enemy takes psychic damage
equal to your Intelligence modifier. You can move the
eye 3 squares as a move action.

Heh, everyone's going for the damage. :P

I'll give until about Monday, 8 PM for people to join in and request stuff. By that point, things will be closed.

Stuff I'd like to have:
Quote from: Dragon 372, page 21
Living Death Strike Avenger Attack 5
As you attack your chosen foe, you channel part of your
own soul into your weapon.

Daily ? Divine, Necrotic, Weapon
Standard Action Melee weapon

Target: One creature
Attack: Wisdom vs. AC
Hit: 2[W] + Wisdom modifier damage.
Miss: Half damage.
Effect: You can lose a healing surge to deal an additional
2[W] necrotic damage.
Quote from: Dragon 372, page 21
Soul Seeker Avenger Utility 6
You call forth a hungering spirit, allowing it to harvest the
life force of your enemies.

Daily ? Conjuration, Divine, Healing
Minor Action Ranged 10

Effect: A soul-consuming spirit from the land of the
dead appears in an unoccupied square within range.
It remains until the end of your next turn. The soul
seeker counts as an ally for flanking. Whenever you
reduce an enemy that is adjacent to the soul seeker to
0 hit points, you regain a number of hit points equal
to your Wisdom modifier. If you reduce the target of
your oath of enmity to 0 hit points, you can use your
oath of enmity power as a free action against a target
adjacent to your soul seeker.
Sustain Minor: The soul seeker persists until the end
of your next turn, and you can move it 5 squares,
ignoring difficult terrain. The soul seeker vanishes at
the end of your turn if it is out of your line of sight.

Quote from: Dragon 368, page 58
Divine Rage [Divinity]
Prerequisite: Channel Divinity class feature
Benefit: You can invoke the power of your deity
to use divine rage.

Channel Divinity: Divine Rage Feat Power
You welcome the wrath of the divine into your body,
becoming a vessel of spiritual power.

Encounter ? Divine, Implement
Minor Action Close burst 1

Target: Each enemy in burst.
Attack: Wisdom vs. Will
Hit: Miss: You push the target 1 square.
Special: You must take the Divine Rage feat to use
this power.
It's all about vision and making reality conform to your vision. By dropping a fucking house on it.

Any of the players have any problems with Called Shot? (figured I'd ask ;))

EDIT: One thing to keep in mind with those feats I requested is that they won't work if an ally is adjacent to the enemy, so no tag-teaming for me and Agita, it only works if I'm going solo.

Say Risada, shouldn't Cabrio have 101 hit points?

Also, you may want to ditch Durable and pick up White Lotus Riposte instead :)

I thought I fixed that... anyway, fixed again...

But then I would have to hit someone right after me to make the most of the feat, right?

Why?
I'd say go hit your Aegis target with it so it has to decide between taking damage and not dealing damage.

Someone (Generic_PC?) was going with an Elf Predator Druid....
