Dragon Magazine 310 pdf missing a page

So I finally got a hold of the pdf, and I was going through the Ranger class, and I see that page 65 is missing. It was going to show the Ranger/Sorcerer and Ranger/Wizard combinations. Anyone got that page, or that magazine so they can scan it for me? I'd love to be able to finish it.
