The Character is a Dopple from Dragon Star so he can qualify for his prestige class.

So when he needs the new levels he will be

Fighter 4th
Rogue 2nd
Warshaper 5th

I want to be able to continue to gain sneak attack at the same rate as rogue or close help me out

Can you clarify what Dopple has as its racial traits? What do you want in a prestige class, other than Sneak Attack? Stats, feats? The more you tell us, the more we can help you.

Dopples are able to Alter Self into humaniods

He is a two weapon Fighter

This is for another player in our group so I dont know exsact feats or stats

I know he is taking Craven because he has failed every fear save in the game

You could take 2 levels of Swordsage for Burning Blade and Assassin's Stance (that's assuming no multiclass penalty).

Rogue is fine ; I'll let others suggest PrCs with SA since I don't have them all in mind.

What's his race's favored class and why did he take four fighter levels?

Well, if he used one of the fighter feats for a shadow hand stance (getting a maneuver through an item first), he could still get shadow blade.

If he has a good wisdom, Shou Disciple ( or something) Might be good.
Witty sayings? Nah, not right now. Currently playing Dwarf Fortress and League of Legends. I really recommend League of Legends.

If the starting levels high enough, get fighter varent: thug, you lose the fighter bonus feats, keep the BAB Profs, and Saves, and get sneak attack...
A player once asked me if there was any way to make a Tarrasque more evil... 3 sessions later he was stoned with D20s as the PC led an exidus out of the path of a Dire Tarrasque of Legendary Wonder.
