So, you guys have any idea on how to separate our target from the mooks? My first idea was to charge ahead and draw enemy fire on Kernon...

Step one, tell him if he doesn't surrender, my astral constructs will sink his boat and grab him forcefully. Step two, carry out the promise one way or the other.

As a bard, I'd prefer to just pump Inspire Courage. Can we use Eberron, and what was the pointbuy?

I'll be AFC for all of sunday, probably monday, and potentially half of tuesday as well.
Witty sayings? Nah, not right now. Currently playing Dwarf Fortress and League of Legends. I really recommend League of Legends.

Song of the Heart!

What, for future reference, does Bardic Knowledge cover?

Anything I deem appropriate, but mostly, anything that has a reasonable chance to be covered in a song.  So no obscure knowledge, but common hearsay and legends.

Hmm. I'll continue asking, for references sake.

My new character is somewhat complete. I have a lot of extra gold to spend, but other than that.

The comm stones give out the same volume you use, and dimmer the sound a bit even, so they are like headsets, more or less.

Hey Alastar, what would happen if I somehow gets at F6? Does Kernon fall into the water, or he is on the boat?

Good question, I guess you'd be considered with a foot on the shore, a foot on the boat, requiring a balance check Dc 10 to avoid... getting wet....  If not you can just put your foot in the water a bit.

But anyways, don't you have a reach weapon, you can easily strike them from the shore.

I guess Cecil will end his movement in K13. I forgot to include that in my post in the battle thread.

So... how does this recall rod work, exactly? As long as one of us is touching the dude Emissary when it is broken, then he and all the rest of us will be teleported away? Does he need to be unconscious or something?

And we're all attuned to it already, right? (Even those of us who came in later?? We had plenty of time... but I don't know if anyone explicitly said it...)

yah, if one of you is touching the guy (well, wrapped around him actually, so grappling) while the rod is borken, you will all be whisked back to the sending point.  He has a will save if he is conscious though.

you are all attuned.

Well things certainly got more interesting when these bodyguards started using ToB maneuvers... I was thinking maybe we should just grab the dude and jump out of here, but if he needs to be unconscious... I guess we gotta stick around a bit longer.

Who has the teleport stick, anyway? Our fearless leader?

[spoiler]We're running a single room off my dad's outside outlet atm, as Ameren's nazi ass cut our power :(  Assume Unas blasts things as is conveinient, in the event I can't get to the computer (I'm set to logged in forever on three machines, so chances are I'll show up online whether I'm there or not).  I can't even find my dice bag right now :P  Hopefully later on today it'll be a little easier to track things down.  Thanks!
