Someone needs to tell the Aztec chick that breasts don't work that way.

I can't believe no one has gone here yet, but a guy in our gaming group once ran this game that he wanted to run for about a year.

I know the cover is lacking but inside promises adventure!

And o god my eyes orcs.

The book had some redeeming qualities.  I use the chapters on courtship and mating practices in my PG-13 game without going too graphic.  Some of the adventure ideas are workable (My favorite is an elder green dragon has gone into heat and males from all around are vying for her attention.)

Some of the PrCs can work their way into the game.  The Imagist and the Voyeur PrC (can't think of the name) both could fit into almost any campaign.

I find a lot of the stuff in there to be silly, but let's face it: sex is funny.  It makes a lot of people uncomfortable, and that generally leads to hilarity.

There's some very unerotic nudity in that book though.  It's a shame, you can tell those models were attractive before being thrown through a photoshop machine.

Having an appearance score is nice too, primarily because I get to roll once more and use it as my dump stat every time.
I don't employ memes. Mass-produced ammunition, even from reputable manufacturers, tends to malfunction on occasion.

I thought the preform (sex) was funny. It could come in handy though. But there is a whole chapter on magical sex toys that is really silly from my point of view. In heroic fantasy (which is funny enough) if I found a +2 Dildo I'd probably want to use it to kill a dragon.

Played in a campaign involving a player who, more or less, did about the same equivalence.

Sometimes, their tits (3.5) get enhancements (houserules), but that doesn't mean people don't like nice tits.

Though sometimes, the surgeon (DM) botches them pretty bad...

"Just what do you think the moon up in the sky is? Everyone sees that big, round shiny thing and thinks there must be something round up there, right? That's just silly. The truth is much more awesome than that. You can almost never see the real Moon, and its appearance is death to humans. You can only see the Moon when it's reflected in things. And the things it reflects in, like water or glass, can all be broken, right? Since the moon you see in the sky is just being reflected in the heavens, if you tear open the heavens it's easy to break it~"

He actually convinced the DM to let him roll to convert a Barrett .50 to fit inside a dildo.

Well, in some campaigns there's minor magical items like pots that automatically cook any soup put in it, and brooms that will clean the floors unaided.  It makes sense that someone made an ultra-realistic strap-on at some point.

And I've long had a skill that determines how good you are with romance.  I always called it Perform: Wenching.  (Despite the name, it can be used on men if you prefer).  It was mostly thrown in as a joke, but damned if most players put at least one or two points in it.

Can't be any worse than this local guy who always played an Orc/Half-Orc and took ranks in Profession: Butt Rapist....
