Thing is, this guy's had a gigantic mythos since like the 8th grade or something and this guy is from his mythos, wherein everyone has the powers of an overdeity(and I mean EVERYONE), the average size of a sword is the size of Jupiter, etc.

The problem with that is that overdeities are usually exceptionally intelligent.
It always seems like the barrels around here have something in them.

Okay I talked to the guy and he said it would be okay if he were focused on either the TWF or the Healing. Obviously, I don't want him to be a straight up bandaid, but there's also the matter of the guy who wanted to use 2 whips. Would it be weird if we had 2 TWF guys in the party? Oh and obviously a rogue would pwn a scout in a contest of damage. What would Min/Max do?

So, it turns out you can get a single draconic aura from a feat, and if you're dragonblooded it has a bonus that scales with your level.

It should be fairly easy to grab a TWF build and switch out a feat for that.
